    Hi Oli,

Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! Our Event Tickets Plus plugin pairs beautifully with WooCommerce to provide quick and easy purchasing flows to your users, and you can delve into a bit of code with the help of our Themer’s Guide if you’d like to customize the default forms even more. You can see an example of the default ticket purchase process in action on our WP Shindig demo site:

Let us know if you should have any other specific questions about purchasing with Event Tickets Plus–we’d be glad to assist further! 🙂 Cheers, and thanks again for stopping by!

    Hi Martin,

Thanks so much for your interest in Event Tickets Plus! I’m sorry to report that Event Tickets Plus is configured to only email the ticket buyer when a purchase is made, and no additional options for automated emails are supported at this time. 🙁 I’d suggest reaching out to a third-party developer who works with our plugins if you’re interested in obtaining a custom quote for this functionality. We’ve provided a list of developers here who are happy to take on projects relating to our plugins:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Hariharan,

Thanks for reaching out! Event Tickets Plus does not perform any kind of payment processing on its own–instead, it pairs with an e-commerce platform of your choice (WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads) for payments and order management. I’d suggest referring to the documentation for these two plugins to determine whether your preferred payment gateway is supported by either one! 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out–we appreciate you taking the time to report these corrections to us! Translations for our free and premium plugins are generously supplied by members of our user community, and we aren’t typically able to perform individual corrections to language files ourselves. If you’d like to submit improved translations for any language that our plugins have been translated into, we invite you to contribute using one of the following methods:

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for reaching out! While we haven’t personally tested this plugin, it seems like it should do the trick for hiding any updates that you don’t wish to see:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/hide-updates/

I hope that helps! We’re sorry to hear that you’ve chosen not to renew at this time–we hope that we might have the chance to welcome you back as a customer very soon! 🙂

    Hi Federico,

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible to display two different full-sized calendar views on the same page, even with the use of calendar shortcodes. Instead, I’d suggest exploring our various options for widgets (or widget shortcodes). If you’re not able to find what you’re looking for in one of our built-in options, you may be able to customize something to fit your needs using the tools provided in our Themer’s Guide!

Here’s a link to our main widget article in our Knowledgebase to get you started:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/events-calendar-widgets/

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Daniel,

Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! 🙂 If you’re looking to explicitly sell tickets on your site (as opposed to simply collecting free RSVPs from your attendees), you’ll want to pick up our premium Event Tickets Plus plugin. Of our two primary ticketing plugins, Event Tickets Plus is the only one that pairs with WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads to provide full e-commerce functionality, including payment processing and order management.

Though you can set a limit for the amount of tickets of a given type that you’d like to sell, you aren’t required to specify stock when creating a new ticket type. If no stock limit is set when creating a ticket, users will be able to purchase as many tickets as they’d like until sales are closed. You can set start and end times for ticket sales on a per-ticket basis, as well. For more information on creating tickets with Event Tickets Plus, check out our Knowledgebase article here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/

If you’d like to create other products to be sold and purchased alongside (or separate from) tickets, then you’ll want to make sure that your tickets are sold from the WooCommerce products page and not from the pages for your events. You can learn about how to set this up at the following article:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/selling-tickets-from-the-woocommerce-products-page/

And yes, you absolutely can customize the ticket emails that go out to your users! Our Themer’s Guide provides all the resources you should need to get started with customizing these and any of our other templates–you’ll find that guide right here!

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

I hope that helps to get you started here! 🙂 Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Allyson,

Thanks for reaching out! Though we haven’t tested this specific add-on and can’t make any 100% guarantees regarding its functionality, most WooCommerce extensions that work with virtual products and the “Simple” product type should work just fine with our plugins. You can read more about third-party compatibility with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/third-party-compatibility-events-calendar-plugins/#woocommerce

I’d suggest that the best way forward would be to try a sample purchase with your intended setup on a test or staging site! Should you find that the combination doesn’t work quite as expected, you can always reach out to our support team for further guidance–and if all else fails, you’ll be covered for a full refund under our 30-day refund policy.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

    Hi Huzan,

Thanks for reaching out! If one person is purchasing tickets for a group using Event Tickets Plus, you can use the attendee information feature included with this plugin to add custom fields for additional attendees and gather names, addresses, and any other details you may require. You can read more about this feature on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/

Unfortunately, this feature cannot be used to send tickets to multiple users–the person purchasing the tickets will still need to distribute tickets to each attendee manually. Event reminders are also not available at this time, though this feature is planned for a future plugin update! You can track the progress of this feature and share any comments you’d like to add on the original UserVoice post for the feature request here:

    https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/8391186-reminder-emails-for-x-days-before-event

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

    Hi Pete,

Thanks for following up! It sounds like a Personal license would be just fine on a multisite network where the license is being used on the main site only. Our Multisite licenses do confer some additional benefits, such as automatic updates and network administration tools, but it doesn’t sound like you’d need those for this type of setup! 🙂 You can read more about our Multisite licenses and options for multisite networks on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/

Let me know if you should have any other questions that aren’t answered here–I’d be glad to assist. Cheers, and thanks again!

    Hi Ann,

Certainly! Here’s a breakdown (with links) for the above listed products:

All plugins purchased from us include one full year of product updates and premium support, which can be renewed in subsequent years for a discount. This discount is subject to change, but generally you can expect your yearly total to come in at a good bit under the purchase prices listed above. 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions or concerns here!

    Hi Fernando,

Thanks for following up! Since payment methods are handled by the e-commerce platform of your choice, this would only be possible if your selected platform supports the feature. I’d suggest reviewing the WooCommerce documentation or reaching out to their own support team for more information on this request! 🙂

Cheers, and let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist!
