I had purchased a license to Pro, but have opted not to renew it at this time.
However, WordPress is telling me there’s a new version I can’t update to, which is fine.
My question is this. Is there any way to get my site install to NOT tell me that’s available? My OCD is annoyed there’s a “1” for updates available when I can’t get at it.
Thanks. π

Thanks for reaching out! While we haven’t personally tested this plugin, it seems like it should do the trick for hiding any updates that you don’t wish to see:

I hope that helps! We’re sorry to hear that you’ve chosen not to renew at this time–we hope that we might have the chance to welcome you back as a customer very soon! π
August 8, 2017 at 10:35 am #1332329JoeParticipantThe main reason I chose not to renew at this time was cost, really. It’s
not a cheap plugin, and the basic one handles most of what I need – it’s
being used on a church website. The existing Pro subscription, while now
“stuck”, covers the rest.—
