Hello,

I need a little help please. I want to see if events tickets plus will work for my idea.

Each day we’ll upload a number of tables for sale at a restaurant with a great deal like 50% off. We charge a small booking fee for the table which is what we’ll be selling on the website. What I need is when the customer purchases a table, it will automatically send the restaurant an email with the customer name etc. As it’s not always the same restaurant, it would need to be customised so I could add in the restaurant email address for each product. Is this possible?

I’m sorry to report that Event Tickets Plus is configured to only email the ticket buyer when a purchase is made, and no additional options for automated emails are supported at this time. 🙁 I’d suggest reaching out to a third-party developer who works with our plugins if you’re interested in obtaining a custom quote for this functionality. We’ve provided a list of developers here who are happy to take on projects relating to our plugins:
