GuestI purchased an agency license for events calendar pro, but I am now finding that I only need one instance of it. It was only purchased a couple weeks ago. I also find I’m in need of the events filter bar. What I’m wondering is if it would be possible to downgrade my ECP license to a personal, and put the difference toward the events filter bar plugin?
Thanks

MemberHi Pete,
Thanks for reaching out! While we’re not able to downgrade specific license keys at this time, we’d be more than glad to process a refund on your behalf so that you can purchase new licensing for Events Calendar PRO and Filter Bar whenever you’re ready! Would you mind taking a moment to fill out our refund request form?

GuestThanks for the speedy reply. One more question… I am running ECP on a multisite, but only on the main URL, not on any of the subsites. If I install the filter bar using a single (personal) license, would that work on a setup like that? I’m just curious if the plugin would see the subsites and determine a multi-site license would be required, even though it wouldn’t be used on any of them.
Thanks again

MemberHi Pete,
Thanks for following up! It sounds like a Personal license would be just fine on a multisite network where the license is being used on the main site only. Our Multisite licenses do confer some additional benefits, such as automatic updates and network administration tools, but it doesn’t sound like you’d need those for this type of setup! 🙂 You can read more about our Multisite licenses and options for multisite networks on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know if you should have any other questions that aren’t answered here–I’d be glad to assist. Cheers, and thanks again!
