MemberHi there! Thanks for getting in touch!
Great question! While we don’t have this particular feature built in right out of the box, we offer support for this and similar modifications through template file customizations! Our Themer’s Guide has more info and includes a comprehensive list of all template files used by our plugins, so you can simply grab the appropriate files and get going. Depending on your needs, you might even consider adding a third-party plugin like Advanced Custom Fields to allow for file uploads on the WordPress backend. There are plenty of options available if you’re willing to play around a bit–I encourage you to download our free The Events Calendar plugin and give it a try! 🙂
I hope that helps to answer your question! Please don’t hesitate to follow up if there’s anything else we can do to assist!

MemberHi there! 🙂
Great question! It’s definitely possible to edit the details of single instances within a set of recurring events. Once you’ve created a recurring event, you’ll see all of the events within the specified range listed in the WordPress backend under Events–just hover over the event instance you’d like to edit and click “Edit Single” to edit the details for just that event.
I hope that helps–let us know if you should have any other questions! Thanks for getting in touch!

MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch! You’re correct that WooCommerce Tickets is no longer being updated, so you don’t need to renew licensing for both products. If you haven’t set up and used Event Tickets Plus before, we do provide a guide on making the move from WooCommerce Tickets–once you’ve completed these steps, you can simply deactivate and remove the WooCommerce Tickets plugin from your site.
I apologize for the inconvenience regarding where to direct invoice question, but we do appreciate your feedback! I’ve gone ahead and passed your comments along to the site team for consideration. 🙂
I hope that helps! Thanks again–let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist!

MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch–sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your widgets here! Would you mind popping over to our free support forums on WordPress.org and posting a thread there with your question? We’re not well-equipped to handle support for current users here in pre-sales, but we’d love to have our support staff help you out over on .org!
Thanks again! 🙂

MemberHi there! Thanks for getting in touch! 🙂
You are absolutely correct here–it sounds a Personal license will be just fine for your needs, and only one person requires one for a given site. We typically recommend that licenses be purchased and retained by a representative of the given business/organization and not a web developer, since we’ve noted instances where customers lost contact with former developers and were unable to access their accounts. If you’re someone that would fit that description, you should be good to go!
I hope that helps to answer your questions! Let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist–we’re here to help!

MemberHi there! Thanks for getting in touch–sorry to hear you’ve having issues here!
It sounds like your problems may be related to Daylight Saving Time being applied incorrectly to events when exporting. I would try the following steps first:
- Under Settings > General in your WordPress admin, set your site time to the nearest listed major city in your time zone.
- Set the time zone for your events to the UTC time for your event (i.e. UTC-6 for Chicago).
I hope that helps! If you should continue to have issues, please follow up with us on WordPress.org where we can better assist you–this forum is dedicated to pre-sales, and we’re not typically able to field current user support queries here.
Thanks much! 🙂

MemberHi there! Thanks for stopping by and for considering our products–I’d be happy to help you out here!
The great news is that all of your requirements should be easily met by Event Tickets Plus, and you should have no problems performing any customizations needed to get things working exactly how you’d like. Our Knowledgebase has plenty of detailed information to get you up and running quickly, including instruction on making tickets that should help to address your concerns about multiple ticket prices, quantities, and so on! Our Attendee Information feature should meet your needs for collecting additional info when a single attendee books for multiple people.
Event Tickets Plus supports a number of ecommerce platforms out of the box, including WooCommerce, which has many options for payment processing. I’d recommend checking out the features of each to determine which might be an ideal fit for your project!
For users wanting to apply customizations, we offer both the Themer’s Guide and Technical Docs as resources to help you on your way!
If you intend to work on each site separately and don’t mind transferring a single license between separate installs as needed, a Personal license may be adequate for your purposes–otherwise, a Business license can support up to 3 individual sites. As you’re shopping on behalf of a nonprofit, you may also want to look into our Nonprofit Partnership Program!
I hope that helps to answer your questions! Please don’t hesitate to follow up if there’s anything else we can do to assist!

MemberI agree, and I’m sorry again for the disappointment–I wish this were a feature we were able to offer for our users at this time! 🙁
We don’t have any built-in support for multiple use tickets at present, I’m afraid. That said, since your project needs are fairly specific, you might consider taking a look at our list of third-party customizers in case you might be interested in bringing on someone to develop a custom solution with our products!
I hope that helps! Thanks again for your suggestions, and let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist!

MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, creating “season tickets” as you’re describing here isn’t currently possible with either Event Tickets Plus or Eventbrite–I’m sorry to disappoint. Depending on your needs, you may be able to achieve something similar using a combination of a single paid ticket and RSVPs for each individual date within a specified range, but I understand that this sort of workaround may not be appropriate for every situation.
If this is a feature you’d like to see implemented in a future release, I encourage you to submit it to our Feature Ideas forum–we do review all submissions that are posted there, and we’d be happy to consider your suggestions!
Sorry again to be the bearer of bad news! Please don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help you out!

MemberHi again!
Sorry for the confusion! The same setting is available for recurring imports, happily–if you’re importing from an iCal URL that only lists events for a specific category, the process will be much the same. You can read more about that one here!
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/running-a-saved-recurring-import-with-the-ical-importer/
Hopefully one or both of these processes will have your categorizing needs covered! 🙂 Thanks, and let me know if you should have any other questions!
Caroline
MemberNo problem–I’ve just sent again! Let us know if you don’t receive it shortly! 🙂
