    Hi,
    Our Woocommerce tickets is up for renewal so I click the renewal link and it’s added both woocommerce tickets and Event tickets plus. Which one do I need? Surely not both if one has been retired?

    Also, I find it very irritating that I have to post a thread when I want to ask a question about an invoice. You should have an email address available for invoice questions, only. I’m not ‘pre-sales’ and I’m not having issues that require support.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for getting in touch! You’re correct that WooCommerce Tickets is no longer being updated, so you don’t need to renew licensing for both products. If you haven’t set up and used Event Tickets Plus before, we do provide a guide on making the move from WooCommerce Tickets–once you’ve completed these steps, you can simply deactivate and remove the WooCommerce Tickets plugin from your site.
