Hi,

I am considering purchasing Events Tickets Plus to achieve the following functionality:

Tickets will be sold at different prices
There will be a limited number of tickets at each price
Any person booking may book any number of tickets, subject to availability
For each ticket sold, including where one person buys several tickets, we need the name, email address, mobile number and age bracket of the attendee (below or above 18 years)
We need to know who booked for each person (where an individual books for several people)
We need to collect payment by credit card. How difficult would it be to integrate our own payment gateway?

We have strong PHP and WordPress development skills, so we are able to do customisations if required. Is there any sort of API for the plugin?

We use a development, a user testing and a production website – how many licences do we need?

This is all for a non-profit organisation.

The great news is that all of your requirements should be easily met by Event Tickets Plus, and you should have no problems performing any customizations needed to get things working exactly how you’d like. Our Knowledgebase has plenty of detailed information to get you up and running quickly, including instruction on making tickets that should help to address your concerns about multiple ticket prices, quantities, and so on! Our Attendee Information feature should meet your needs for collecting additional info when a single attendee books for multiple people.

Event Tickets Plus supports a number of ecommerce platforms out of the box, including WooCommerce, which has many options for payment processing. I’d recommend checking out the features of each to determine which might be an ideal fit for your project!

If you intend to work on each site separately and don’t mind transferring a single license between separate installs as needed, a Personal license may be adequate for your purposes–otherwise, a Business license can support up to 3 individual sites.
