    Hi David!

You can add custom fields to tickets in the “Additional Information” section of the ticket edit screen. From there, you’ll have the option to set the fields as required.

Additionally, you can save the field sets for use on other tickets so that you don’t have to recreate the same fields for other tickets (see screenshot).

Please let me know if you have any questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

Additional fields will be added as options for Filter Bar, but you can choose to enable them or not.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase (if you’re not happy with the products for any reason), so if you’d like to take either/both of them for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

We do not have any specific integrations with Memberpress, but I know some of our users do use it on their sites in conjunction with our plugins. We do not do any real user management within our plugins, but Event Tickets Plus does offer the ability to require a user to be logged in to purchase tickets, allow users to log back in and edit their attendee info, etc. How the accounts are created/managed shouldn’t make a difference here 🙂 Really, the only way to be sure that it will work the way you need it to is to test it out. We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Maureen,

Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in our Event Tickets Plus forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.

If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.

Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers. You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue. If you’re having trouble with plugin functionality, the best place to start is by testing for a conflict.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Friedhelm,

    Thanks for reaching out!

You are correct that the customer will receive one email confirming their order and one with their actual tickets.

By default, the site admin (or a different email address that you specify) will also receive an email notification of the new order. However, the organizer listed on the event does not receive an email notification by default, but you can set this up with some custom code – you can find an example here.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I’ve misunderstood what you’re looking for.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello Eugene,

Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in our Event Tickets Plus forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them. However, please note that even in our premium forums, we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for theme and plugin conflicts.

If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.

    Hi Rebecca!

Event Aggregator will let you pull events from Facebook into your website, but there is not currently a way to publish events from your website to Facebook.

If this is a feature that you would like to see added in the future, please do let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum! This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Aggregator for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Ivan,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out with this. Can you check that:

    1. You have “Enable stock management” checked under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory
    2. You have not unchecked “Enable stock management at product level” on the WooCommerce product page for these tickets (see screenshot)

Please let me know if changing either of these fixes the issue on the front end.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Hector,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on!

First, can you try deleting your key from your site under Events > Settings > Licenses and deregistering your site, then adding the key back under Events > Settings > Licenses? If this doesn’t get things back up and running, just let me know, and I can issue you a new key.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

You can indeed sell tickets for multiple events at the same time. Tickets will be added to the cart like other products, but users are still free to browse the site, add more products (like tickets), and then check out.

I would recommend taking a look at the following articles, which have lots of good info on getting up and running with Event Tickets Plus:

New User Primer: Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus

Settings Overview: Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus

    Managing Your Orders and Attendees

    Moving Tickets

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

I’m sorry about the delay here, but it looks like the issue is that the Filter Bar license was renewed through this account but previously belonged to a different account. We are not able to transfer licenses this way, but what we can do is issue a refund – you can then create a new subscription through this account. If you would like to go ahead with this, just let me know and I will process it for you!

    Hi Jeff,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

By default, there is not an out of the box way to email a full list of attendees, but you could export the attendees list and email it manually.

You can set a start and end sale time in both RSVPs in Event Tickets and Tickets in Event Tickets Plus.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Ole,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue…I tested it out in my local environment and was getting the same behavior as you are, so I’m logging this for our developers to take a look at. I’ve linked this thread to our internal ticket, so as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience this is causing, and thank you for your patience while we work on getting this resolved! Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime

    Thanks,
