KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry about the delay here – currently only tickets are able to use the shared capacity feature. However, you can create free tickets, so this would be your best bet if you need to set a shared capacity for multiple ticket types.
If this is a feature that you would like to see added in the future, can you please let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum? This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you here, but please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Thanks for reaching out!
Refunding an order in WooCommerce does not automatically change the stock – if you do want to the stock to change, then you will need to change it manually after processing the refund. This article has some more info on how this works.
If you have any questions, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
Event Tickets Plus does indeed integrate with WooCommerce, and tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products. So, tickets typically work well with WooCommerce extensions, but you would really need to test it out to make sure that it will work the way you want it to.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jill,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on!
Can you please send me the link that you’re trying to import from so that I can test it out on my end?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterNo problem, I’m glad it worked! Just let me know if there is anything else that I can help with 🙂
Jennifer
KeymasterYou can use our plugins on self-hosted WordPress sites or on wordpress.com sites, but it looks like currently only the Business Plan lets you install plugins. As long as you are running a WordPress platform and have access to install plugins, you’ll be able to use ours 🙂

KeymasterHello,
I’m glad that you were able to find the source of the issue and come up with some CSS to fix it! The Avada theme does add some of its own styling that overrides our default events pages – because of this, our plugins typically work pretty well with out-of-the-box with this theme. Since you’re running into this issue, I would first recommend making sure that your theme is up-to-date.
I would also recommend taking a look at this article, which reviews how to use our plugins with the Avada theme. You can also try adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Geoff,
Thanks for sending the screenshot…the setting should appear under the Display tab by default. Did the search box come back in a default environment (all other plugins besides The Events Calendar disabled and a default theme like Twenty Seventeen enabled)? I would also recommend updating to the current version of WordPress (4.9.4).
If you’re still running into this issue in a default environment, can you send me a link to a page with the Tribe bar in your testing environment so that I can do some more testing on my end?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Rachel,
I’m glad that you got your first issue figured out!
To add a link to month view, you can do a template override – our themer’s guide has some instructions on how to do this, and the template you’ll want to edit can be found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month/content.php.
We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue…I took a look at your site, and there appears to be a conflict with your theme or another plugin (I am not seeing this same behavior in my local environment). Can you try running through these steps to see if you can find the source? If you don’t have a testing site already, the WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
If you’re still seeing the same thing in a default environment (all other plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Seventeen enabled), can you please send me a link to this page in that environment so that I can do some further testing on my end?
Thanks,
Jennifer
Jennifer
KeymasterThanks for clarifying this! I did some more testing on my end and was seeing that some of the images were being duplicated on the second import. I’m looking into this a bit further, but is this the same behavior that you are seeing on your end, or are you getting a duplicate for all events?
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Henry,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
There is not currently any built-in event export functionality like this (in the free or Pro versions), but you can try using the free WP All Export plugin, which provides some great options for exporting posts (like events) to a .csv file.
If this is a feature you would like to see added in the future, we’d love it if you could post the idea in our Feature Ideas Forum! We use it to gauge user interest in new features and help plan future development.
For an .ics file, Events Calendar Pro does come with some exporting options on the front end – you can read more about how this works here.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Geoff,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you get your location field back!
First, can you go under Events > Settings > Display and verify that the “Hide location search” option is unchecked?
If so, then there may be something else on your site that is conflicting with The Events Calendar. Can you try running through these steps to test this out? If you don’t have a testing site already, the WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Finally, I would also recommend updating to the current version of WordPress (4.9.4). Please make sure to clear out any caching (in your browser and from within your caching plugins) to be sure that you are seeing the latest version of the page.
Let me know how this goes!
Thanks,
Jennifer
