Hello, I’ve listed tickets online and guests are unable to purchase them because the tickets do not convert over to the checkout page. It lists that “Your cart is empty.” I’m using Event Tickets Plus with Easy Digital Downloads with Stripe as the payment gateway. My licenses are up to date and everything is activated correctly.
My site also uses WooCommerse for other purchases that are not ticket related. I can not use WooCommerse for the tickets. Please help!March 15, 2018 at 11:53 pm #1480916JenniferKeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on!
First, I would recommend updating Easy Digital Downloads and The Events Calendar to their current versions (2.9 and 4.6.12 respectively).
If that doesn’t make a difference, can you try running through these steps to test for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin? Please make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled during testing and copy/paste any errors that you see into your reply.

The instructions that you gave me, wiped out our website and I had to call
our developer to help me. I got through all of the steps of “Test if there
is a conflict” and the tickets did not even show up in the event page. I
activated the Easy Digital Downloads and then was able to see the tickets,
but not purchase them. When I went to change our theme back to normal, it
wiped out the site to complete white pages.All of our plugins are updated and we are using the following plugins:
Event Calendar PRO
Event Tickets PRO
Easy Digital Downloads
Easy Digital Downloads – Stripe Payment GatewaySo here is the catch, when I am signed into the back end of our website, I’m
able to go through the whole purchase process. But when I’m signed out of
the site and use the site as a guest, the ticket does not carry to checkout.Would you be able to call me and assist by remotely logging in? Or at least
