We’ve had a couple situations now, where we issued a refund in Woocommerce, but it doesn’t appear that this updates the attendee list (which we use for the door), nor does it restock the tickets that have been returned.
Refunding an order in WooCommerce does not automatically change the stock – if you do want to the stock to change, then you will need to change it manually after processing the refund. This article has some more info on how this works.
