KeymasterHi Brandon,
I’m glad to hear that this is working now. If there is anything else that you need assistance with, please let me know.

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
The fields are actually hidden until the ticket quantity is increased in the form – once you add tickets, the fields will appear for each attendee (see screenshot).
I would recommend taking a look at the following articles, which have a lot of good info on getting up and running with Event Tickets Plus:
New User Primer: Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus
Settings Overview: Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus
Managing Your Orders and Attendees
Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help with!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHey Titus,
Thanks for reaching out!
Try adding this to the Additional CSS area under Appearance > Customize (if you have one) or to the style.css file of your child theme:
.tribe_community_edit .entry-title {
font-size: 16px;
}Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help with!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterI’m sorry, I think I misunderstood your previous post…I thought you meant that this had been resolved with the CSS that you added. Sorry for the misunderstanding there!
The page that you linked to is giving me a 404 (page not found). Is there another page where this is happening that you could send me a link to?
So far, I have not been able to reproduce this in my local environment with the Avada theme. Can you make sure that you are running the current version of that theme? If you have any customizations or are running a child theme, please disable those as well to see if this is still happening.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that the workaround didn’t help…I just checked on this, and it looks like we should be releasing the fix for this here soon. I don’t have an exact timeline that I can give you, but since this thread is linked to the internal ticket for this issue, you’ll be notified automatically here when this is released.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
There is not currently a “venue” parameter for the [tribe_events] shortcode, but the [tribe_events_list] widget shortcode does have a venue parameter. If you’re not able to get this working, please send me a copy of the shortcode that you’re using and I’ll be happy to take a look! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi @litwits, can you try downgrading to the previous version of EDD (there is a known compatibility issue with 2.9 and the current versions of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, which we are working on getting resolved). If this doesn’t make a difference, can you please open up a new thread and share your system info with us?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Kerry,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
The admin can indeed move attendees – this article has some more details on how this works.
There is not any built-in gift voucher functionality, but Event Tickets Plus does require either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads to handle the checkout process. You might look into a third-party extension such as
Since tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products (when using Woo as your ecommerce platform), they typically work pretty well with extensions. However, you would need to test it out to make sure that you could get it working exactly the way you need.
We do have some bundles that let you save when buying multiple products at once, but if you are interested in other discounts, I would recommend signing up for our newsletter. We’ll let you know about any promotions there (we do not have any at the moment).
We do not have any specific integrations with Zoho.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer
March 27, 2018 at 9:54 pm in reply to: "Add to Calendar" in Email Confirmation or "Waitlist" features? #1490289Jennifer
KeymasterHi Bill,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
The “Add to calendar” buttons are not included in the ticket email by default, but we do have a snippet that you can use to add them in.
It sounds like you’ve already come across Filter Bar for event filtering, but please let me know if you have any additional questions on this!
There is not currently any built-in waitlist functionality. However, one option might be creating an additional free ticket or RSVP ticket with an unlimited capacity after the paid ticket has sold out. You could then contact them if a spot becomes available.
For more info on how ticketing works, I would recommend taking a look at the following articles, which will give you a great overview of what features and settings are available:
New User Primer: Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus
Settings Overview: Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus
Managing Your Orders and Attendees
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so!
Please note that we typically do not have support available over the weekends, although we may occasionally when we have an unusually high volume of threads. You can read more about our forum guidelines here. I do understand that the forum format is not everyone’s favorite…one reason we use it is so that there is an easy way for users to search past questions to see if theirs may have already been answered, saving them the wait time of having to post a new thread. However, if you would like to see a different format implemented (like tickets), then please do let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum! This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help plan future development.
If you have any other questions, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer
