ParticipantHello! The conflict between Event Calendar Pro and WooCommerce Subscriptions (https://cl.ly/3Y31440l1V2W) is causing ALL my membership subs to fail and creating serious problems for my business.
Do you have an ETA on a fix please? Otherwise I’m going to have to discontinue using EC and find another solution, which would be a huge shame.

KeymasterHi Sarah,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue – I just checked on this, and while I do see that this ticket is listed as a Priority 1 issue, I do not have an exact date as to when a fix will be released. However, I did link this thread to our internal ticket, so as soon as we have an update, we will let you know here.
I do apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, and thank you for your patience as we work on getting this resolved! If you have any questions in the meantime, please let me know.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Sarah,
Are you running version 4.7 of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus? If not, can you please update and see if you’re still running into this issue?

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
