    Hi Ivan,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out with this. Can you check that:

    1. You have “Enable stock management” checked under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory
    2. You have not unchecked “Enable stock management at product level” on the WooCommerce product page for these tickets (see screenshot)

    Please let me know if changing either of these fixes the issue on the front end.

    I have the same problem, only I’m using EDD vs. WooCommerce, and there is no “Enable stock management” option.

    Hi @litwits, can you try downgrading to the previous version of EDD (there is a known compatibility issue with 2.9 and the current versions of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, which we are working on getting resolved). If this doesn’t make a difference, can you please open up a new thread and share your system info with us?

    Indeed stock management was disabled in WooCommerce. A rookie mistake – thanks Jennifer for the to-the-point solution.
