I’m new to the plugin. Our organization is holding a conference and our members can purchase tickets through the website. Members can order as many as they like…but I need to be able to add custom fields so that I can get each individual’s name and organization for the purpose of creating name tags. How do I add fields so that registrants are required to add information about each individual, reflecting the number of tickets they ordered?
You can add custom fields to tickets in the “Additional Information” section of the ticket edit screen. From there, you’ll have the option to set the fields as required.
Additionally, you can save the field sets for use on other tickets so that you don’t have to recreate the same fields for other tickets (see screenshot).
