KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
First, can you make sure that you’re running the current version of WordPress (4.9.6), The Events Calendar (4.6.16), and Events Calendar Pro (4.4.26)? Next, please try running through the steps outlined here to check for any conflicts that might be occurring between your theme or other plugins. If you don’t have a testing site already, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
If this doesn’t make a difference, can you share your full system information with me?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately the second link isn’t showing any results, but the custom fields that appear in the ticket form on the event page will not show up on the default WooCommerce page. If you wanted to add them in there, you would need to do a customization. Per our forum guidelines, we are not able to provide support for customizations here in the forums, but our themer’s guide and functions list are great starting points if you would like to give it a shot! We also have a list of recommended developers that you could contact if you would like to get help with the code.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Sanjay,
I’m sorry that your tickets aren’t showing up, but I’ll be happy to help you get this figured out.
First, it looks like Event Tickets is not currently activated on your site. Can you make sure that you have the current version (4.7.2) activated, along with the current version of Event Tickets Plus (also 4.7.2)?
Another thing to check is the start sale and end sale times – if the current date is outside of this window, then the tickets will not show up on the front end.
Can you send me a screenshot of your settings on the tickets for this event? If you are replying via email, attachments will not be included – you’ll need to login and upload them directly to the thread. Is this the only event this is happening on, or are tickets not showing up on other events as well?
Please note that per our forum guidelines, we typically do not have support available over the weekend 🙂
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Aric,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
With Event Tickets Plus, you can create custom fields to collect additional information from attendees, like guest names. This article also has some tips on selling tickets to seats at a table, which might help you out in getting tickets set up for tables.
If you haven’t come across our Nonprofit Partnership Program already, you might want to check it out – it offers a free (unsupported) license of either Event Tickets Plus or Events Calendar Pro to approved organizations.
Otherwise, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer
May 26, 2018 at 7:37 pm in reply to: Export question for Outlook – export more events at a time? #1539615Jennifer
KeymasterHello,
Event Aggregator will currently only import events and does not have any export functionality. You can increase the number of events shown in list view under Events > Settings > General > Number of events to show per page, which would allow you to export more events at one time. Alternatively, I would recommend trying out the WP All Export plugin. Several of our users use this for events to XML or CSV, and it provides several options for customizing the export. Let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out. Can you look under Events > Settings > General and verify that the “Recurring event instances” option is unchecked? Checking this option will prevent subsequent recurring events from showing up in list view.
Let me know if this works!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
In order to get Google Maps to show up in the different views on your calendar, you’ll first need to set up and enter your Google Maps API key, which we have some instructions on here. You’ll also need to make sure that you have enabled Google Maps under Events > Settings. After doing so, make sure to clear out your browser cache and any caching that you might be doing on your site, then check to see if the map is showing up.
Let me know if this works!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks so much for pointing this out Mathew! Erin, let us know if this works for you and if there is anything else that we can help you with.

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks for checking out Community Events!
We do have a Nonprofit Partnership Program that offers free (unsupported) licenses for either Events Calendar Pro or Event Tickets Plus to approved organizations, but there is not currently an equivalent for Community Events. Sorry for the bad news there! However, we do occasionally run general promotions on other plugins. The best way to find out about these is by subscribing to our newsletter.
If you need Community Events now and would like to test it out to see if it will work for your project, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Tom,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out.
First, can you try upgrading to the current version of The Events Calendar (4.6.16) and see if that makes a difference? If not, can you send me the link that you are importing from so that I can test it out on my end, as well as a link to this event?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Lukas,
I’m glad that you were able to find a solution that helps you out for the time being. I would recommend subscribing to that thread so that when a fix is released, you’ll be notified automatically 🙂

KeymasterHi Quinten,
For Community Tickets, you will need Event Tickets Plus and WooCommerce to be able to sell tickets. However, there aren’t any specific requirements on the theme.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Jane,
I’m so glad to hear that worked for you! I definitely see where you’re coming from in wanting to change the display of the URL. If there is anything else that we can help with, please feel free to open up a new thread!
Thanks,

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
First to set expectations, custom coding is outside the scope of support that we are able to provide here in the forums. However, I tested out your code on my end but was not seeing the same thing with the start date. I will run this by our developers to see if they can provide you with any insight here and let you know as soon as I hear back.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Todd,
Thanks for letting us know! I’m trying to see if I can recreate this on my end, but just to make sure I’m following here, are you referring to the list that appears under the calendar of the mini calendar widget (Events Calendar widget) or the main list view? Just want to clarify because the widget doesn’t have pagination, and I’m not running into any issues so far in the main list view with the settings that you mentioned. If I can see what you’re seeing on my end, I will certainly log it for our developers to take a look at!
Thanks,
Jennifer
