I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out.
First, can you try upgrading to the current version of The Events Calendar (4.6.16) and see if that makes a difference? If not, can you send me the link that you are importing from so that I can test it out on my end, as well as a link to this event?
