    Hi Carsten,

I’ve been doing some testing on this, but so far I haven’t been able to recreate this…can you tell me which pages you were seeing the script on after having disabled the maps? Was it just on the single events pages or on the calendar views?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

You should be able to get things up and running again by downgrading…since we’re working on this over in this thread, I’ll go ahead and close this one out so that we can keep things organized.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue as well…the good news is that the fix should be released soon, although I don’t have an exact date as to when this will happen.

In the meantime, you can downgrade to The Events Calendar 4.6.14.1 and Events Calendar Pro 4.4.25 to get the filtering functionality for the checkboxes back. This article has some instructions on downgrading (the process is the same for upgrading, you’ll just need to select the older versions from the Downloads page).

I do apologize for the inconvenience that this is causing, and thank you for your patience as we work on getting this resolved! If you have any questions, please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Sherri,

You are correct that it is not currently possible to import from Facebook with Event Aggregator. Recent changes that Facebook made to its API essentially locked us out, but we have submitted an application (which is currently under review) to hopefully be able to get things back up and running again. We attempted to notify all users via email when this happened, and we are posting updates here as they become available. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused and definitely understand your frustration.

While we wait on the outcome of restoring Facebook imports, I can certainly swap out your EA license for an Events Calendar Pro license! If you would like to proceed with this option, just let me know, and I’ll get it taken care of for you 🙂

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Erin,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out. First, can you try running through the steps outlined here to check for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin? I am not seeing this same issue in my local environment and have not seen any other reports of similar issues, so there is a strong possibility that there is something else on your site that the calendar is not getting along with.

If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Anne,

Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in our Events Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.

If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.

Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers. You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue. If you’re having trouble with plugin functionality, the best place to start is by testing for a conflict.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for reaching out! This is not something that is available out of the box with either The Events Calendar or Events Calendar Pro. However, you can export events to iCal or a Google calendar and use that to set reminders for yourself.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Liz,

Yes Events Calendar Pro does support geolocation data, so you can search around a specific area.

Community Events does allow you to require users to login to be able to submit events, and this does use the default WP users on your site. You also have the option to block certain user levels from seeing the backend of your site (see screenshot).

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Hello,

Thanks for clarifying…I just tested the link out on my end, but it is only exporting the one event, not the entire calendar. Can you send me a link that I can access to a single event page on your site so that I can test it out? Can you also share your full system info with me as well? I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Phendyr,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

Event Tickets Plus will let you sell tickets for multiple attendees at one time and create custom fields to collect additional info for each one. To apply an additional fee to tickets, I would recommend using WooCommerce as your ecommerce platform and using tax classes to add the fee – tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products, so you should be able to do this in the same way that you would with other WooCommerce products.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer
