I love your products and calendar. I am going on my 3rd year using your products.
I have never received any information regarding this issue with FB, and had to dig around in May when my Calendar was empty. Then it worked for a minute, and only has two events.
I run a community magazine and this aspect to my site is crucial. It doesn’t appear there is going to be a fix.
Will you offer any financial solution? Perhaps grant me a license key for an upgrade to pro as they are the same price. If not, I am asking for a refund, as I only ordered this product for its ability to aggregate from FB, as I don’t have a need for the other import methods.
I was so upset at how much it cost to renew my license, and then to have this occur, I am hoping you will have a solution for me.
