KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that the ticket form isn’t showing up correctly, but I’ll be happy to help you out with this.
First, you can try adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme (theme conflicts are a common cause of these types of issues with the ticket form buttons).
It looks like you have already tried switching to a default environment with all other plugins besides The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus disabled, and a default theme like Twenty Seventeen enabled and were still seeing this issue, is that correct? If you haven’t switched to a completely default environment already, you’ll want to start there. You can use the free Duplicator plugin to create a staging environment if you don’t have already. From there, you can re-enable things one at a time (as described here) to see if you can find any conflicts – I would recommend starting with your theme.
If you don’t find any conflicts, can you please send me your full system info plus a link to this page directly so that I can take a look?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterWe do have other users that use various plugins or custom code to redirect to other pages, but events do not come with a redirect link built-in. Based on your screenshot, it looks like this is coming from the Ultimate Member plugin (as it is located in the Ultimate Member meta box). What your developer told you – that you need to put in the URL for the login page – does sound correct from what I can see on my end.
However, if users are still not able to access the page after being logged in, you might want to check that the users who are not able to access the page are not of the “Member” level, as it looks like that level is blocked from seeing the page.
Otherwise, I’m not sure what to recommend as far as the UM plugin, but you might take a look at this article, which has some alternate methods for making a members-only calendar (including doing a redirect). This article has some information on roles and permissions for events. I’m sorry that I don’t have a more straightforward solution for you here! If this doesn’t help, then you may want to contact your developer and have him check that things are configured correctly within the UM plugin.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Paul,
We have team members in various countries, but in general we offer support from Monday to Friday during regular North American working hours. We do sometimes also reply outside of that time range, depending on our available resources and the current support volume. You can read more about this here in our forum guidelines. During the week, we typically respond within 24-48 hours, although we do always try to respond much sooner (and usually do)!
I apologize that our support hours were not clear, but as we are now back from the weekend, we will be happy to continue working with you in your other support threads! I’ll go ahead and close this one out to keep things organized.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Ricardo,
Thanks for clarifying and sending the screenshots! If you click the arrow on the far right side of the white bar that says “The Events Calendar” (which should expand that section), do you see options there for the date and time? If so, what happens when you try to edit them?
Jennifer
KeymasterNo problem! Let us know if there is anything else that we can help with.

KeymasterHi Barry,
I’m sorry that your CSS stopped working. I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction here, but please note that we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for CSS customizations.
Can you tell me what about the widget you would like to change (and if possible send me the CSS that you were using previously)?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you haven’t been able to import so far, but I’ll be happy to help you out with this.
Event Aggregator can import from Meetup, Google Calendar, iCalendar, and other sites using The Events Calendar. This article has some more info on importing from a URL. If you’re not able to import from one of these sources, can you please send me the link that you’re trying to import from, along with your full system info?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterNo problem! I’m glad that helped.

KeymasterHi Derek,
Thanks for checking out our plugins! We do have a Nonprofit Partnership Program that offers a free (unsupported) license for either Events Calendar Pro or Event Tickets Plus. We’d love to have you apply for this, which you can do here.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi David,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in our Events Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers (this article in particular might be helpful). You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue. If you’re having trouble with plugin functionality, the best place to start is by testing for a conflict.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
You can turn off automatic renewal from the License Keys section of your account page. I am not able to do this from my end, but if you need help, you can reach out to us using the form on the Contact page (by selecting “Help accessing my account”) and we’ll be happy to help you out further this there!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Paul,
Thanks for reaching out!
One method that you could use would be to assign a language category or tag to events, which users can then filter by in Filter Bar. However, this would not remove any events when they first land on the page. Doing so would require a customization.
Alternatively, you could use the category pages instead of the main events page, so that users would have to click on “Croatian” or “English” before being taken to any events. They could then use the filters in Filter Bar to narrow down their search within that category.
Let me know if this helps and if you have any questions!
Please note that we typically don’t have support available over the weekend, so threads posted during or close to that time may take a bit longer to get a response.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Paul,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on. First, it looks like you’re running older versions of Filter Bar and Events Calendar Pro. Can you try updating to the current versions (4.5.5 and 4.4.26 respectively) and see if you’re still running into this issue? Running older versions of some of our plugins with newer versions of others (I see that you are running the current version of The Events Calendar – 4.6.16) can lead to compatibility issues. Once you’ve updated, if you’re still running into this issue, the next step would be to check for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or other plugins. If you don’t have a testing site already, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Since there does not appear to be a Filter Bar license associated with this account, can you please login with the account that you used to purchase Filter Bar and post a new thread with a link back to this one if you need further assistance with this? We’ll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you from there! If you don’t have an active Filter Bar license, you will need to purchase one in order to update and get support for Filter Bar.
Please note that per our forum guidelines, our support ours are typically limited to weekdays. During that time, we typically respond within 24-48 hours depending on our current thread volume, but we always try to respond sooner when possible 🙂
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you haven’t been able to get this redirect working…just to set expectations, integrations with third-party plugins are outside the scope of support that we are able to provide, but I will try to help you out with this as best I can! I am not familiar with the Ultimate Member plugin, but I did notice that you are running older versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro. As a starting point, I would recommend updating to the current versions (4.6.16 and 4.4.26 respectively). If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions.
After doing this, you’ll want to clear out your cache within WP Super Cache to make sure that you’re seeing the current version of the page.
Let me know if this helps and if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer
