We have team members in various countries, but in general we offer support from Monday to Friday during regular North American working hours. We do sometimes also reply outside of that time range, depending on our available resources and the current support volume. You can read more about this here in our forum guidelines. During the week, we typically respond within 24-48 hours, although we do always try to respond much sooner (and usually do)!
I apologize that our support hours were not clear, but as we are now back from the weekend, we will be happy to continue working with you in your other support threads! I’ll go ahead and close this one out to keep things organized.
