    Hi,

    The image I select for the ticket is not showing on the front end eg. woocommerce cart & checkout page

    I select a image from Tickets > Settings > Ticket settings > Select an image and save but when someone on the front end purchases a ticket, in the woocommerce cart & checkout page only a placeholder image appears.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Ok I just found out that if I edit the ticket in woocoommerce by adding a product image, it appears in the cart & checkout pages.

    Hi James,

    You are correct that the ticket image for WooCommerce pages does need to be added on the WooCommerce product directly. I’m glad that you were able to get this figured out!
