    Hi Adi,

Once a ticket has been reserved, you can go to the Tickets section on the event edit page to see the attendees for each ticket. Are you not seeing anything listed once you click “Attendees”?

Regarding the event details, there unfortunately is not an out of the box way to change the alignment, but you could do it by adding little bit of CSS. Try adding the following to your Additional CSS area under Appearance > Customize if you have one, or to your style.css file (preferably in a child theme).

    .single-tribe_events .tribe-events-content {
    text-align: right;
    }

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for sharing that screenshot.

Could you deactivate any of our plugins that you have installed (The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus) and try putting through an order with another WooCommerce product to see if you get the same error? If not, try reactivating our plugins and putting through another order with a non-ticket product. That will help us narrow down where the issue is coming from.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

It is still in the hands of the Dev team…I just checked our internal ticket for this issue, and unfortunately I don’t have a timeline yet as to when this will be released. I did link this thread to our internal ticket, so as soon as a fix has been released, you’ll be notified here!

I wish I had a better answer for you, but thanks for your patience as we work to get this resolved.

    Hi Wade,

So sorry for the delayed response! For some reason, I wasn’t notified that you had replied here and just saw your response. I updated the thread settings to ensure that I’ll be notified next time you reply.

I checked our internal ticket for this issue, but I don’t see a date listed as to when the fix will be released. I did link this thread to that ticket, so you’ll be notified here when it’s out. I wish I had a better answer for you here! The Dev team is on it though, so hopefully we will have something for you soon.

Thanks for your patience as we work on getting this resolved!

    Hi Tracy,

I’m sorry you’re running into that issue with Event Tickets – it does sound a bit odd! With a premium license, you would have access to our premium support forums.

It sounds like this issue may be related to a theme/plugin conflict. While we cannot always resolve these 100% (we don’t have any control over other themes/plugins), we do our best to help find the source of the issue and recommend a solution. When possible, we like to provide solutions to known theme conflicts.

We do also offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to test it out! If you do purchase the license and run into issues, you can post in the premium forums – make sure to share your system information with us so if you do this.

Just let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Paul,

I’m sorry that didn’t work for you…just to make sure I am understanding correctly, you had that CSS working before you updated and then lost it during the update…now you tried adding it back in, and it’s not working?

I took a look at your site, and that CSS should be working for you. Can you tell me where you’re adding it now that it’s not working?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m glad you like our plugins! : )

This sounds like a great feature, but it is not currently one that comes with Pro and would involve a bit of a code customization. This post has an explanation of how you could do this, and I’d also recommend taking a look at our themer’s guide if you’re up to doing the coding yourself! If you purchase a license for one of our premium plugins (like Pro), you would have access to our premium support forums. We aren’t able to do customizations, but we are there to help answer questions and point you in the right direction!

Another (similar) option would be to have the organizer CCed on the email that goes out when someone books a ticket for their event (see this post for an example of this).

If this is a feature you would like to see implemented in the future, please let us know in our Feature Ideas Forum! This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development.

I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you here, but I hope this is helpful! Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Hannah,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

I think a screenshot of the ticket creation form will help clear things up here. You can see in the screenshot that you have the option to Enable global stock, which will let you set a cap on the total number of tickets sold for that event. Then, for each individual ticket, you can choose whether or not you want that ticket to use the global stock, use the global stock but also have another cap just on that ticket, or be independent and not use global stock at all (see this screenshot). Basically using global stock means that it will count against the total number of tickets available for the event each time a ticket is sold.

Regarding ticket expiration, you can set start sale and end sale dates individually for each ticket, so you can have sales for your early bird ticket end early.

And regarding your last question about early bird ticket sales impacting the global stock after the sale has ended – with global stock enabled on the early bird tickets, each sale would count against the global stock right away.

Finally, I do want to mention that we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to test it out and see if it will work for you! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for reaching out!

There is not currently an out of the box way to do this. It could be done, but it would involve some custom coding. If you’d like to give it a shot, I would recommend taking a look at our themer’s guide, which has some great info on customizing our plugins. We are not currently able to do customizations, but we are happy to assist you with yours by answering questions and helping to point you in the right direction.

Another user posted a simple solution for a similar customization they did, and I think you might find it helpful – at least as a starting point.

If this is a feature you would like to see added in the future, we’d love it if you could post the idea in our Feature Ideas Forum! We use it to gauge user interest in new features and help plan future development.

I’m sorry I can’t give you a better answer here, but I hope this is helpful! Please let me know if you need any help with the customization or have any further questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Rayela,

    Thanks for reaching out!

While we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with any theme, our plugins are coded to WordPress best practices and generally play nicely with other themes/plugins that do the same. I took a look at the theme you’re using, and it doesn’t officially declare support for The Events Calendar. Really, the only way to know is to test it out. I would recommend installing the free version (The Events Calendar) on a test site to see if everything works. If so, chances are good that Pro will work with it as well.

As a premium license holder, you would also have access to our premium support forums. Unfortunately we cannot solve every theme conflict, but if you do encounter any, we will be happy to take a look and see what we can recommend towards resolving it.

We do offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to give Pro a test run!

Please let me know if you have any more questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Adi,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

Event Tickets Plus will let you set multiple tickets at different prices for an event (such as a member ticket for $5, regular ticket for $10, etc.). You can also enable global stock for tickets, meaning that you could set a cap on the total number of tickets available for a particular event. With this enabled, a sale of any ticket (which you’ve set to use global stock) will count against the global stock. To take this even further, you can use global stock on tickets and still set an individual caps on each ticket. For example, you could set the global stock to 60 and cap member sales at 20, meaning that no more than 60 tickets total can be sold, and no more than 20 member tickets can be sold (although member ticket sales will count against the global ticket stock). Setting stock independently for certain tickets is also possible, even with global stock enabled.

    Does that make sense?

Regarding donations, there is not an out of the box way to do this. However, ticket checkout and sales are handled through WooCommerce (tickets are WooCommerce simple products), which means you can use WooCommerce extensions! I would recommend taking a look at their Name Your Price plugin, which will let users enter in their own price.

Does that answer your questions? If not, please let me know, and I will be happy to clarify wherever needed!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Nicole,

    Thanks for reaching out!

You can add a calendar with a simple filter bar (including date, keyword search, location, and calendar view selector) to any page using the shortcodes that come with Events Calendar Pro. If you would like more advanced filtering capabilities, Filter Bar can help you out with that!

Regarding importing events, you can import via a CSV file with the free version. To import from other sources (Facebook, Meetup, Google Calendar, iCalendar, CSV, and ICS), you will need Event Aggregator.

Does that answer your question? Please let me know if I can help with anything else! We do have a demo over on wpshindig.com. Plus, our refund policy entitles you to a full refund within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to test everything out!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Henry,

    Thanks for reaching out!

While you can add tickets/RSVPs to recurring events, it will be the exact same ticket/RSVP on every event in the series. This means that if a user adds a ticket from an event on say, June 23rd and then another ticket for an event in the same series on June 27th, they will have one ticket in their cart with a quantity of two (not two separate tickets for June 23rd and June 27th). That is why we say “recurring tickets/RSVPs” are not currently supported.

One thing you could do to cut down on having to copy/paste the same information into new events is to create the events using the recurring events functionality, and then break each of the events from the series. This way, you could go back and add the tickets to each of the (now individual) events without having to reenter the event information.

The good news is that we are currently working on developing the functionality to support adding tickets to recurring events, but unfortunately I don’t have a timeline as to when it will be implemented, as it is quite involved. I would recommend casting your vote for this feature over in our feature ideas forum. This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help plan for future development.

I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you here, but please let me know if you have any further questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer
