ParticipantI’ve set everything up in the system but I can’t get PayPal to work. PayPal is telling me that the payment is not going through woo commerce that it’s coming from wordpress. Is there something that I’m missing in the settings. It redirects to PayPal correctly but the says “Sorry we can’t complete this purchase at this time”
Please help.

Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you’re running into this issue.
Event Tickets Plus uses WooCommerce to handle the checkout process, so your PayPal settings are all within Woo.
Once you have enabled PayPal under WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > PayPal, make sure you have also added your PayPal account correctly. You may also check that you do not have PayPal Sandbox mode enabled. I would recommend reading through WooCommerce’s guide on configuring PayPal to make sure that everything is set up properly.
We are a little bit limited in the amount of support we can provide here, since this functionality is part of the WooCommerce plugin. However, I do want to help you get this figure out, so please let me know if adjusting the settings as mentioned above works for you! I did a quick search around the web for similar issues, and this error message seemed to typically be related to account configuration.

ParticipantThats the thing, I’ve setup PayPal many times before and never seen this. PayPal is saying they are seeing it come over from WordPress not Woocommerce. I’ve check the PayPal tokens and API information and it’s all correct.

ParticipantI just removed everything and tried it again and this is what I’m getting. (see image) you can see in the screenshot I have PayPal active.

Thanks for sharing that screenshot.
Could you deactivate any of our plugins that you have installed (The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus) and try putting through an order with another WooCommerce product to see if you get the same error? If not, try reactivating our plugins and putting through another order with a non-ticket product. That will help us narrow down where the issue is coming from.
