KeymasterHi Brian,
Thanks for reaching out! We actually have an internal ticket open to address the issue with events overlapping in week view, and I just checked the status – it looks like it should be making it into an upcoming release here soon. I linked this thread to our internal ticket, so you’ll be notified here when it’s out!
For the time being, I do want to point out that per our forum guidelines, we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations (which would be required for changing to a 15 minute interval as well as hiding hours). I would recommend taking a look at our themer’s guide, which has some great info on customizing our plugins. The template found at wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/week/loop-grid-hourly.php would be a good starting point! Our functions list would also be helpful, especially with hiding hours if there are no events.
We do also have a list of recommended developers if you’d like to get help with the code. I hope that helps, and please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi there,
I’m glad to hear you were able to get this resolved, and thanks for posting your solution here! Flushing the permalinks is a great place to start anytime you’re having issues with incorrect links like what you described.
If there is anything else I can help with, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterNo problem Stephanie! I’m sorry it didn’t work out, but if you need any further assistance with anything, please let me know!

KeymasterHi Brian,
Thanks for reaching out! Tickets should be hidden from the Shop page by default. It’s possible that there is a setting in your theme that changes this (you could test this out by switching to a default theme to see if they still show up), but we do also have a snippet that should keep them hidden (be sure to use the second code block, as the first does not work with current versions).
Let me know how that works!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHallo Michaela,
Willkommen in unseren Foren!
Könnten Sie mir bitte Ihre System Information schicken?
Vielen Dank!

KeymasterHi Stephanie,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m a little bit confused on what you are trying to do here, since tickets are WooCommerce products themselves. The setting you are referring to lets you select different post types that you would like to be able to add tickets to. Are you trying to add tickets to other WooCommerce products?
Most of our users use Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus in conjunction with The Events Calendar (our free events plugin), although this is not required. If you could provide a little bit more information on how you would like to add tickets, I’ll be happy to provide some recommendations!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
With events on your site that are synced to Eventbrite, changes made on the site will be synced to the Eventbrite event. However, changes made on the Eventbrite side (with the exception of the ticket info) do not currently update the event in WordPress, although we do have an internal ticket open to look into adding in this functionality. Sorry for the bad news there! To avoid having to make the changes twice, a workaround for now would be to make the edits in WordPress instead of on Eventbrite.
I’m adding this thread to our internal ticket, so as soon as this is available, you will be notified here.
I wish I could give you a quicker solution, but in the meantime please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Caroline,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re running into this issue! It’s not one that I’ve seen before, but I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out.
First, would you be able to share your system info with me?
When you get this message, is your information still showing up under Events > Settings > APIs > Eventbrite, or has it been deleted?
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Dijana,
Thanks for reaching out!
To allow users to enter their PayPal information on the front end, you can use the Split Payment option. We have a guide here with some instructions on setting it up – please let me know if that will work for you or if you have any questions on getting that set up!
Regarding the barcodes, Event Tickets Plus does include a QR code on the ticket by default, and this guide has some recommendations on apps to scan the QR codes, as well as some great tips on getting users set up to scan the codes at the venue.
Currently, we don’t have any integrations with Ticketmaster or Live Nation where users would be able to purchase those tickets directly on your site. However, this may be possible via a customization. I would recommend taking a look at those sites’ APIs as well as our themer’s guide as a starting point. Alternatively, we do have a list of recommended developers that you could contact if you would like to get help with the code. You can also post this request in our Feature Ideas Forum, which is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development.
If you are alright with the user leaving your site to purchase tickets, a simple solution would be to create an additional field for the Ticketmaster/Live Nation URL, which would then appear on the front end of the site.
I hope that helps – please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for sharing that link here Mathew!
Josen, please let me know if there is anything else you need help with.
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Josen,
Are you referring to the Events template setting under Events > Settings > Display? If so, it has not been removed and should still be there. If you are not seeing it, could you please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing on that page?
Thanks!
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Christine,
Thanks for reaching out! Recurring events are actually a feature of the Pro version, Events Calendar Pro. So, the “Schedule multiple events” button for recurring events will only show up if you have Pro installed and activated.
If you have any questions on purchasing or getting set up with Pro, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer
Jennifer
KeymasterHi David,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you haven’t been able to update Pro, but I’d be happy to help you get it figured out. Would you be able to try manually updating the plugin by following these instructions?
If you could share your system information with me, that would be helpful as well!
Thanks,
Jennifer
