KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to here…Can you please send me a link to the page where you’re trying to add this link? Are you using Event Tickets to sell tickets on your site via Tribe Commerce (PayPal)? Any other links/screenshots that you can provide to illustrate the issue here would be helpful as well.
Can you also share your full system info with me?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry for the delay here, we’ve had a much higher than normal volume of support threads this week!
This is unfortunately a known issue with Eventbrite search results pages. I’ve linked this thread to our internal ticket for this issue, so as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.
I apologize for the inconvenience that this is causing, and thank you for your patience as we work on getting this resolved! Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Brendan,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m so glad to hear that you’ve been liking our plugins so far!
By default, users can subscribe via RSS, and Events Calendar Pro adds the option to export a calendar view of events as well. This will be a one-time export, not a sync. Beyond the single event export buttons that you mentioned, there is not any other built-in functionality to get your site’s events exported/synced to users’ personal calendars. Sorry for the bad news there!
If this is a feature that you would like to see added in the future, please do let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum! This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
You might look at using a third-party plugin such as this one that can notify users that subscribe of new posts automatically.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better solution for you here, but I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue…I don’t see any existing solutions for this particular conflict. Are you able to exclude events-type pages (the tribe_events post type) from within the plugin settings? If so, I would recommend doing this to see if that gets all of the URLs working the way you need. If not, the Rewrite Rules Inspector plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) might also help you dig deeper into this.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for integrations, but please let me know how this goes, and I’ll be happy to take another look and see if there is anything else that I can recommend if needed!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Betsi,
We weren’t able to find an application with your name/email…did you submit this form here? If you submitted it with a different name/email, please let me know and we can look again. Otherwise, you can go ahead and submit this form, and we’ll let you know once it’s been processed.
Just to clarify, you can download Event Tickets for free here…if you would like a free version of Event Tickets Plus, then you would need to complete the application.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Tim,
Thanks for reaching out!
You are correct that events deleted from the source are not automatically hidden/deleted in your calendar.
I have a list of previously loaded events which I can reload using Event Aggregator – is it possible that these reloaded events can be flagged using the iCalendar import so they are automatically hidden from the public listing
-I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to by reloaded events, but you can assign categories to events at the time you set up the import. You can also hide and ignore imported events so that they are not visible on your calendar and are ignored in future imports. Will this get you what you’re looking for? Please let me know if not, and I’ll try to help you out with a better solution!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Betsi,
Thanks for applying for our Nonprofit Partnership Program! These applications can take several weeks or more to process, but I am checking with the team on the status for you – I’ll let you know when I hear back!

KeymasterHi Frank,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
You can see all of the available default views here on our demo site, but the two that would be closest to a horizontal view would be photo or week. If you wanted to customize these or any of the other views, our themer’s guide has some instructions to help you do so.
You can indeed add different categories to events and use those to create separate calendar views. Our shortcodes and widgets that come with Events Calendar Pro can help with this, and The Events Calendar also creates archive pages for each category automatically.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Steve,
Thanks for checking out our plugins, and welcome to WordPress!
I took a look at the site you linked to, and I believe you could do something similar using The Events Calendar with either Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus. Since you’re creating courses instead of events, you might also find our free Relabeler extension useful, which will allow you to change the “events” and “organizers” labels to something that might fit your site better like “courses” and “instructors”.
The closest we would have to this page is our list view, which does display a “Buy now” button for events that currently have tickets available along with the price and number of tickets remaining (see screenshot).
Event Tickets will let you sell tickets via a direct integration with PayPal, and Event Tickets Plus allows you to sell tickets with an ecommerce platform – WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads (these provide more robust order management functionality amongst other features). Event Tickets Plus also includes additional features like the ability to create custom fields to collect additional info from attendees when they register and check them in by scanning QR codes.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer
August 23, 2018 at 10:59 am in reply to: How do I remove the url link from the 'Venue' on the widget? #1604312Jennifer
KeymasterHi Pam!
You can actually use this snippet to unlink the venue name (if you don’t want to unlink the organizer, then you can remove that part from the snippet). This can be added to the functions.php file of your child theme. The venue and organizer pages are only linked when Pro is active, so the code that links the name is actually in that plugin.
Please let me know if this works for you! We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to try to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for running through that testing! I did some additional testing on my end as well and tried this out in a few different environments, where I was able to recreate this issue. I am logging it for our developers to take a look at.
I do want to mention that our free extensions are not supported, but we do our best to keep them up-to-date and fix issues when they pop up so that they continue providing value to our users. So while we do plan to get this fixed, I do not have an ETA that I can give you at the moment. I did link this thread to our internal ticket for this, so as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.
I apologize for the inconvenience that this is causing, and thank you for your patience as we work on getting this resolved!

KeymasterNo problem! Would you like to be added to the queue to potentially have one of our developers come back through and help you further with this? It would likely not be until next week, as our current support volume is a bit higher than normal at the moment.
