Sync to Personal Calendar?

Hi! I have people asking me if our calendars can be synced to their personal calendars? Is there a way to have events from the calendar show in the calendars on their phone or their Google calendar or something? I know there are buttons to move individual events to iCal or Google calendar, but I’m wondering if we can move the entire calendar and also update the personal calendars with new events when they’re posted?

I found some other threads asking similar questions but they were from several years ago. I use Tribe calendars on a bunch of sites, by the way. I think I’ve used almost all of your paid plugins at some point as well. Thanks for a great product! 🙂

Thanks for reaching out! I’m so glad to hear that you’ve been liking our plugins so far!

By default, users can subscribe via RSS, and Events Calendar Pro adds the option to export a calendar view of events as well. This will be a one-time export, not a sync. Beyond the single event export buttons that you mentioned, there is not any other built-in functionality to get your site’s events exported/synced to users’ personal calendars. Sorry for the bad news there!

If this is a feature that you would like to see added in the future, please do let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum! This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.

You might look at using a third-party plugin such as this one that can notify users that subscribe of new posts automatically.
