Facebook events ticket link

What link do I need to put in facebook tickets section on an event to direct people to PayPal. The link I’ve been using is the one event calendar brings me to before checking out. I added that and it works fine on a CPU, but doesn’t work on mobile devices.

Thanks for reaching out! I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to here…Can you please send me a link to the page where you’re trying to add this link? Are you using Event Tickets to sell tickets on your site via Tribe Commerce (PayPal)? Any other links/screenshots that you can provide to illustrate the issue here would be helpful as well.

Can you also share your full system info with me?

Thanks for clarifying that! It looks like you would want to link the user directly to the single event page, which appears to be what you are attempting to do based on the part of the URL that I can see in your screenshot. When you say that it doesn’t work on mobile devices, what is going wrong? Is there a problem with getting the page to load or does it not look right once it does? Can you please send me a link directly to the single event page that you’re adding to Facebook so that I can test it out on my end?
