KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
The main events page should have an export button, which will download an .ics file that can then be uploaded into Google (the + Google calendar link should only appear on the single event pages). I took a look at the page you linked to, and it looks like this button is still showing on your main events page – can you try using it to export and see if you are able to upload the file to Google?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Kelsey,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue!
As a first step, can you run through the steps outlined here to check for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin? You’ll want to drop down to a completely default environment (all other plugins besides The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus disabled and the Twentyseventeen theme enabled) and see if this is still happening. You can create a copy of this event and ticket and do a test order to see if you are seeing the same thing. Please make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled while testing and copy/paste any errors that you see into your reply. If you don’t have a testing site already, the free Duplicator or WP Staging plugins can help you get one set up.
Let me know what you find! Can you also send a screenshot of the ticket settings for this event (with all sections expanded) so that I can do some testing on my end? Please note that if you reply via email, attachments will not come through; you’ll need to login and upload the image directly to the thread.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I definitely understand where you’re coming from with Facebook! Our access was blocked unexpectedly following changes to their API earlier this year, and unfortunately they did not approve our application to regain access (you can read more about this here).
Regarding Eventbrite, you can import from your Eventbrite account and from single event URLs; it is currently only the search pages that are returning unexpected results (which our developers are working on). If this doesn’t work for your project and you don’t want to wait on the search results, you can request a refund for Eventbrite Tickets within 30 days of purchase here, and we’ll get it processed for you.
If you have any questions, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Ron! Since we’re working on this over in this thread, I’ll go ahead and close this one out to help keep things organized. We’ll notify you there as soon as the fix for this is released!
Jennifer
KeymasterThanks for doing that testing Ron! The good news here is that our developers are actively working on this, so we should have an update for you shortly (although I don’t have an ETA that I can give you yet). I apologize for the delay, we’ve had some much busier than usual forums these past couple of weeks!
Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with in the meantime.

KeymasterHello,
We have some instructions here on setting up The Events Calendar with WPML, which should keep you in pretty good shape…I mention the potential compatibility issue because with the known recurring events issue (unrelated to WPML) it’s hard to say if the issue you’re running into is solely related to the known issue or if there is also an underlying conflict with WPML (which could be something as simple as changing some settings). Just wanted to point that out so that you are aware when we notify you of the fix for the known issue – if you’re still running into problems here, there might be something else related to WPML happening. We will look there next if this is the case, and we will do our best to help get any of those compatibility issues resolved!
There is one known issue with WPML related to the “View all” link for recurring events, but otherwise I am not seeing any other recurring events – WPML conflicts. It looks like this should also be resolved soon (I don’t have an exact ETA that I can give you), but I linked this thread to that ticket as well, which means that we’ll notify you here when this is fixed.
We know many of our users do use WPML with recurring events, so we try our best to keep things running as smoothly as possible here 🙂
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Alexander,
I’ll be happy to help you out here!
As a first step, can you try updating WooCommerce to the current version (3.4.5)? Can you also send me a screenshot of the ticket settings (with all sections expanded) that you updated the cost for and indicate where you changed the cost so that I can test this out on my end? Please note that attachments are not included when replying via email, so you will need to login and upload this image directly to the thread.
Thanks,
Jennifer
September 5, 2018 at 4:56 pm in reply to: Error on checkout – The ticket: in your cart is no longer valid #1614760Jennifer
KeymasterHi Mike,
Using Event Tickets Plus, tickets can really only be created on a different post type – an event, page, etc. If you created this ticket on a page (not an event) without setting a start/end sale time, the “start sale date” should be set to when the ticket was created, and the “end sale date” should remain empty.
Just to clarify here, are you creating these tickets on the edit screen of the private page or directly in WooCommerce? Can you give me a little bit more info on this process (such as step-by-step instructions on how you set this up) so that I can do some testing on my end? Please also send me a link to one of the events where this is happening.
As a side note, one thing that might help you here is to use the [products ids=”1″] shortcode that comes with WooCommerce to display the links to the tickets on whichever events you would like to sell them for.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re running into this issue!
First, I do need to mention that we can unfortunately not guarantee 100% compatibility with WPML. However, there is currently a known issue with the “Once” rule where not all recurrences are being generated. This is something our developers are actively working on getting resolved.
I’ve linked this thread to our internal ticket for this issue, so as soon as we have an update on a fix for this, we’ll let you know here.
I apologize for the inconvenience that this is causing, and thank you for your patience as we work on getting this fixed! Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with in the meantime.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi David,
Awesome! It’s possible that there was something cached that has since been cleared or a setting somewhere that was changed, but regardless, I’m glad to hear that this is working now! I know how frustrating it can be when themes and plugins don’t get along.
If you run into any further issues, please don’t hesitate to open up a new thread.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi John,
Thanks for sending that info! It looks like this issue may be due to a conflict with the Search Engine Visibility plugin. Can you try deactivating that and see if that this then works?
If not, just to double check – were you still seeing this issue in a completely default environment (all other plugins besides The Events Calendar disabled and the Twentyseventeen theme enabled)?
There are a few other steps that you can try as well – can you also try running through the steps in this guide to see if this fixes the 404?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Geoff,
Glad to hear that plugin worked! We have indeed identified this as an issue since your initial post, and we are working now on getting it resolved. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.
I apologize for the inconvenience that this caused, and thank you for your patience as we work on getting things back up and running! Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Lisa,
Thanks for giving that a try! I did get your system info. Can you try deleting all scheduled imports that you currently have and see if that stops the comments?
If so, try rescheduling one or two of them to see if the issue reappears.
If not, can you try checking the “Disable Event Aggregator imports” box under Events > Settings > Imports to see if that stops the comments? You can then go into your testing environment (the free Duplicator or WP Staging plugins can help you get a testing site set up if you don’t have one already) and drop down to a default environment (all other plugins besides The Events Calendar disabled and the Twentyseventeen theme enabled) and set up a few imports to see if you’re running into the same issue. If not, then you can run through these steps to check for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin. Please make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled during testing and copy/paste any error messages that you see here. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer
