    Hi,

No matter what I do, every time I try to import some events from eventbrite it gives me the same 50 results and it spans out 30 years. The only way I can get it to work is if I import one event at a time. There’s no way I can do that.

I’ve tried using different slugs, importing different categories. It always gives me the same events with the same crazy date range. Can you please help? Thank you.

    Hello,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue! Are you attempting to import from a search results page? If so, importing from these URLs is not currently possible, although we are working on getting this resolved. If not, can you please send me the URL that you’re using so that I can test it out on my end?

Can you also share your full system info with me?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Man are you serious?

I don’t understand what else the point of using the import functionality is
    for?

I mean… so far I’ve bought the Facebook aggregate and the eventbrite
aggregate and I literally can’t do anything lol. Is it possible for me to
just get all my money back? I’ve put so much time and effort into this and
    nothing works.

    Hello,

I definitely understand where you’re coming from with Facebook! Our access was blocked unexpectedly following changes to their API earlier this year, and unfortunately they did not approve our application to regain access (you can read more about this here).

Regarding Eventbrite, you can import from your Eventbrite account and from single event URLs; it is currently only the search pages that are returning unexpected results (which our developers are working on). If this doesn’t work for your project and you don’t want to wait on the search results, you can request a refund for Eventbrite Tickets within 30 days of purchase here, and we’ll get it processed for you.

If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
