    I’m having the same issue. I just upgraded to a Business License and, when I put my license key into the second (of 3) site’s Event > Settings > License field, I get two messages, one indicating the license key has been updated, but the other indicating: Your Event Aggregator license key is invalid. Visit the Events Calendar website to check your licenses.

    When checking the URLs associated with my license on my Events Calendar account, the new URL does not show up either – just the previous URL that was associated with the Personal License.

    Hi Catherine,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out!

    Based on the message that you’re receiving, it sounds like the key was saved in the Event Aggregator box instead of the Events Calendar Pro box; if you don’t see a box for Pro under Events > Settings > Licenses, then the plugin might not be activated (you can check this on the Plugins section of your site). Once the plugin is activated, the box for Pro should appear, and you’ll be able to enter your key. Saving the key there will register your domain, and you should then see it on the Licenses page of your account.

    You can download Pro from the Downloads page of your account. Can you give this a try and let me know if you are able to enter your key?

    No, I don’t have aggregator. I entered this into the events calendar PRO license box. It’s working correctly on the first site I licensed it for but I am unable to get it to work on th second site after upgrading to a business license.
