KeymasterHi Lindsey,
The events should stay visible in list view until the end date/time on the event…if this is not happening, can you verify that your site timezone setting is correct under Settings > General > Timezone? This being off is a common cause of events disappearing too early.
Let me know if this helps!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Matthew,
If you want to remove the view options entirely, then you can remove the “if” block under the “Views” comment:
1 ) { ?>
1 ) ?>Can you give this a try and let me know if it works for you?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Josep,
Thanks for clarifying! You can change the title for any of the views with the snippet in this article. Can you give this a try and let me know if this works for you?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Lucas,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
Event Tickets Plus is the extension you need to be able to sell tickets on your site. It works with either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads, which handles checkout and payment processing.
- If you go with WooCommerce, you can use most of the features with tickets (which are essentially WooCommerce simple products). WooCommerce coupons will let you offer users discount codes for tickets.
- Regarding payment processing platforms, you can see the available options with WooCommerce here, and the Easy Digital Downloads options here.
- You can also add multiple tickets to a single event (like Standard, Startup, Workshop). From within WooCommerce, you can also assign categories to the tickets.
- You can indeed set start and end sale dates for each ticket – those tickets will not be available for sale outside of that date range.
- It is possible to customize the template for the email that goes out with the actual tickets (an order confirmation email will also go out from the ecommerce platform you’re using). Our themer’s guide has more info on customizing template files.
- Event Tickets Plus does let you add custom fields on tickets so that you can collect additional info from each attendee.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Emaan,
Thanks for reaching out!
There is not an out of the box way to do this, but your best bet would be to use a third party plugin. I did a quick search and found this one.
If this is something that you would like to see added in the future, please let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum. This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you here, but please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterYes, the Filter Bar license costs $89/year. This gets you updates and support during the time the license is active.

KeymasterBob,
Can you tell me where on your site “events” was not changed? Can you also send me a screenshot of your settings for the four event labels?
@ruemorg, glad this is working for you!
@roguefresno, I tested this out on my end and got the same thing…I’m checking with the extension developer on this, and as soon as I hear back from him, I’ll post an update here. In the meantime, if there is anything else that you need help with, can you please open up a new thread? This helps us keep things organized 🙂Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello!
Your theme can actually have a lot of impact on the styling of the events pages. Can you try changing some of the settings outlined here to see if that makes a difference? You may need to clear your cache after changing the settings to see the changes on the front end.
Let me know if this helps!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I took a look at your site, and there appears to be a styling conflict with your theme or potentially another plugin that is causing the inputs there to bunch up like that. Can you try switching the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” setting under Events > Settings > Display to see if that makes a difference? You may need to clear out your cache after you change it to see the effects. If this does not get it displaying correctly, you can also add some custom CSS. We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for styling customizations, but if you get stuck, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterGreat, thanks Mona!
I’ll test this out and get back to you. Can you please share your system info with me as well?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m glad to hear that you’re liking the plugins so far! Typically CSS/styling customizations are outside the scope of support that we are able to provide here in the forums, but can you try adding the following CSS to the Custom CSS area under Appearance > Customize (if you have one) or to the style.css file of your child theme:
.tribe-events-meta-group .url {
overflow-wrap: break-word;
}Let me know if this helps 🙂
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Joanne,
I’m sorry you haven’t been able to import so far…I believe the problem here is that the sites you are trying to import from are not using The Events Calendar. Event Aggregator can currently import from Facebook, Google calendars, Meetup, CSV or ICS files, iCalendar, or other sites using The Events Calendar. I took a look at some of the sites you linked to, and none of them appear to be using The Events Calendar. I would recommend taking a look at this article, which has some good info on importing events from a feed or url. If any of the sites have an iCalendar feed, or maybe a Facebook page where they also post their events, can you try importing from one of those instead?
If you would like to see other types of calendars supported in the future, could you please let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum? This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
The following articles may also be helpful in getting up and running with Event Aggregator:

Please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer
