Unable to add event on staging server

    Hi, I understand with the licensing options and that our staging URL does not come under the recognized format, however, just for the sake of trying to add an event to test the system, this is not coming up under the events tab. I even tried disabling the PRO plugin to just revert to the free version, however still no option to add an event. I even tried disabling all other plugins to no avail. Do you know what may be causing this issue please?

    Hello,

    I took a look at your system info, and it looks like you’re running an older version of WordPress. Can you try updating to the current version (4.9.2) and see if that makes a difference? If not, you can try deleting The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro and reinstalling them on your site.

    I would also recommend running through these steps to see if you can find any conflicts with either your theme or another one of your plugins. Make sure you have WP_DEBUG enabled during testing, and send me any errors that you run into.

    It sounds like you’re running Pro on your live site without any problems? If so, I would try to see if you can find any differences between the two and investigate those further.

    After deleting the free plugin and reinstalling it everything seems to be working again. thanks for your assistance. I had deleted and reinstalled the premium plugins but forgot to do that to the free one.
