KeymasterHi Alan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you try updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent versions and test if this issue still occurs?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Deb,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
To add fields for collecting attendee information, look under the Tickets section on the event edit screen, edit (or create) the ticket, and select the Request information for each attendee during registration option. As soon as you do this, the fields will appear as shown in the knowledge article (see screenshot).
The ticket fieldsets can be found under Events > Ticket Fieldsets (see screenshot).
Can you also provide me with screenshot that you are referring to?
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brian,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, I’d recommend reviewing the following articles to see if they help to change the untranslated strings:
- Translating the Events Calendar
- How to Override Plugin Language Files
- Setting Up The Events Calendar with WPML
- Incomplete Translations
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mike,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
How are you displaying the little calendar that you are referring to? For example, is it a widget, shortcode, etc.?
In the meantime, I’d recommend taking a look at your stylesheets and page templates and see if altering these settings helps you to achieve the results that you are looking for:

Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Ross,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, Shared Capacity only works with tickets associated with the same event.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

KeymasterHi Lisa,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
I’m not entirely sure what you are trying to implement, however I can suggest you try a Member’s Only Calendar, as described here:

KeymasterHi Vivek,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
The page you linked to returns a 404 error, so I was unable to see the example that you were providing.
If you have another example of what you are referring to, that would be great.
In any case, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual?
Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Guy,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Without customization on your own, I’m not aware of a way to limit the date range on the Community Events form.
