I have a current license for Events Calendar Pro. The other day I noticed that I was not seeing the button to add a recurring event. After trying to get help from the forum about the missing selection I noticed that my plug-in for Pro had totally disappeared from my list. When I go into Downloads and try to download this plug-in again it give me a message that it is already there plus a file path I don’t even know how to get to. If this is something I need to delete to reload the plug-in I will need idiot directions so I don’t mess something up. I am not a techie.

Oh WOW–Just in—now my plug-in for Events Calendar has also vanished from my list. What is going on? When I try to upload this plug-in I get a failed installation.

How can I get my plug-ins back and is this going to totally mess up what I have already built?

Thanks for any assistance. I have been trying to get this fixed for about a week thus far. I cannot give you my system information because I no longer have events calendar. I did send it the other day on some form to someone. I have a terrible time finding my way back to my posts on the support sites and forums. My web site is http://www.caseylibrary.org I will be happy to send you more information but you will have to tell me where to find it. Jan Banks

    Hi Jan,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, can you try re-downloading The Events Calendar?

If you cannot do that, you can delete the plugins via FTP from your site and then try re-downloading them.

Here are some helpful resources in order to do that:

    https://www.wikihow.com/Use-FTP

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Jamie,
Thank you so much for your assistance. I was finally able to get to my web page designer and he was able to get into my FTP program and remove the old files and reload my Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro. Still a puzzle what happened to them to begin with, but all is good now and nothing was lost. J
