KeymasterHi Armen,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
We do not personally take on customization requests, however we do have a list of recommended developers who can help you to customize your site:

Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Salome,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Do you see the Find out more link return if you are using a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?
I just checked on my test site using Twentyseventeen and on mobile, I still see the “Find out more” link.
To answer your other questions:
Is it possible to have more than one form and associate them to different events?
What form are you referring to? Are you trying to create a different events template for different events? If so, that’s not something that available out of the box.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
Is it possible to add reminder on the day/hour the event will occur?
Unfortunately this functionality is not available with our plugin alone, but you may be able to achieve this functionality with the assistance of a third-party plugin, like this one:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-pro-alarm/
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Graeme,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual?
Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Micha,
Thanks for reaching out again here!
What version of The Events Calendar are you using? I’m not seeing it in your plugin list in your System Information?
Also, can you update Events Calendar PRO to the most recent version and see if that helps?
Additionally, as I mentioned in your other thread, I’d recommend going through our testing for conflicts procedure.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information for the sub-site where you are seeing this issue, in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

KeymasterHi Jennifer,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately there isn’t a way to do this without adding some code to your site.
If you are interested in doing this with code, you can use the snippet provided in the following forum thread:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/limit-rsvp-to-2-per-person/
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Neil,
Just wanted to add that in addition to the above recommendations, can you also please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kelsey,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind taking a screenshot of where you are seeing this issue?
It’s worth noting that Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access/) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an affect on a number of our users.
We are currently figuring things out as they continue to evolve with the Facebook Privacy Policy. For now, the best places to check in on the status of our plugin’s access to Facebook are https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

Does this occur on all of your events? Can you provide me with a screenshot of how your event and ticket are set up on the backend of your site, on the Edit Event page?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
