    Hi,
    I have several events with tickets. I put in the date and time in the tickets to close and I have people that have registered for the ticket after it has closed.
    I close the ticket and I check the event and there is no ticket listed to buy, but these people have shown me their email receipt for the ticket and they tell me they registered after I closed the ticket – and they are not on the attendee list.
    I have searched Help and do not find anything like this. Thanks in advance for your help.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    Does this occur on all of your events? Can you provide me with a screenshot of how your event and ticket are set up on the backend of your site, on the Edit Event page?
