KeymasterHi Ivan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Users can subscribe to your calendars via RSS. The following tutorial can provide you with some more information on how to do this:

July 16, 2018 at 5:27 am in reply to: BUG: Event Aggregator gets wrong dates for Multi-Day events that span today #1576004Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Randy,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for providing us with such detailed steps to follow!
By default, Google Calendar will import events from today as a start date, which is why the multi-day event defaulted to today, rather than yesterday.
To change this, you can refine the import to start yesterday. This will then shift the dates of the event to the correct dates.
Let me know if this helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi John,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can try adding the following snippet to your theme’s functions.php file:

Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi Vickie,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
We unfortunately do not have a seat selection option out of the box with our plugin alone.
You may be able to achieve this functionality with the help of a third-party plugin. WooCommerce does have a plugin that creates this functionality, although I cannot guarantee compatibility or provide support on this plugin:

KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
I’m not able to replicate this issue at this time, as this functionality seems to work as expected on my end.
With that being said, as a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
July 16, 2018 at 4:47 am in reply to: Can we please have an option to set an event's default ticket amount to 1? #1575979Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
You can try adding the following snippet from WooCommerce in order to set the default quantity to one:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/adjust-the-quantity-input-values/
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Thanks so much for reaching out again here!
I’m not able to immediately replicate the issue that you are describing.
Would you mind providing me with a screenshot of how one of your events is set up on the back end, so that I can try to replicate the behavior that you are describing?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterSure, while you work on testing, the following snippet should be able to help you to BCC your email address on RSVP emails:

Let me know how it all goes!

July 6, 2018 at 11:58 am in reply to: Event Aggregator not pulling events from Google Calendar #1569562Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual?
Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
