KeymasterHi Steven,
The above way is the only way that I am aware of to attach an image to an event in Outlook.
We also have a great 30-day full refund policy, so if things really don’t work out the way you’d hoped, you can get a full refund.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Heather,
I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue.
I tried importing the event you mentioned from Eventbrite and was able to see the ticket fields on my test site.
If you go to the Edit Event page for that event on your site, do you have Display tickets on event page checked?
Like this:

Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi Rachel,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can resend a ticket email by going to the WooCommerce order associated with the customer. From there, you can go to the Order Actions on the top right side and select Resend Ticket Email and Update.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Robin,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
The search bar will search through all events, but will only display all of the events within the current month, if you are in Month View. If you utilize a different view, such as List View, you can choose to display however many results you’d like at a time by adjusting your settings. In addition, you can page forward to see more results.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime
July 18, 2018 at 4:55 am in reply to: Custom Fields – how to get them on my Single Event template? #1577933Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Tessa,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
To display the additional fields on the single event template. you are going to want to move and edit those templates in your theme.
You can follow the themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
And you can use this function to display the results of any additional field:
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/3ba8c5679e188946988e
Change ‘Community Field’ to the name of the field you would like to display.

KeymasterGreat, thanks for your understanding!

KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Unfortunately I have not yet been able to replicate this issue that you are describing.
Another option would be for you to install the third-party plugin, Health Check, which can mimic a bare WordPress install while your site visitors still see your site the way that it normally appears.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Unfortunately I do not have a timeline for if/when this feature will be implemented in the future.
For now, you can try using the snippet I provided you with or the snippet provided in the feature request.

July 18, 2018 at 4:37 am in reply to: Creating recurring events in advance doesn't work anymore #1577916Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
It is possible that you are seeing this issue because the event is very old and has many recurrences, including custom exclusions, which can sometimes cause issues.
If it is doable for you, I’d recommend starting over with this event and creating a new one for the future.
Let me know if that works for you!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Alex,
Can you take a screenshot of how this event and ticket look on the backend, so that I can try to replicate the situation you are describing?
Any additional information on how this ticket was created would be helpful as well.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Shay,
Unfortunately I cannot yet confirm that this is a bug in our plugin, as I am unable to replicate this issue.
I am seeing errors on your site that say that the Google Maps API has been added multiple times on your site. Can you try removing the API from everywhere except one place? (ie in your theme and in our plugin)
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brian,
As a next step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Also, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
