    Is there a way to resend a ticket to someone who has lost their email with the ticket?

    Hi Rachel,

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    You can resend a ticket email by going to the WooCommerce order associated with the customer.  From there, you can go to the Order Actions on the top right side and select Resend Ticket Email and Update.

    We are not using Woo Commerce this is a free event. Is there a way besides going through Woo Commerce?

    Unfortunately that feature does not exist with RSVPs at this time.
