KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Unfortunately I cannot replicate this issue, even though I have tried to simulate the issue that you are seeing.
Is it possible for you to create a new event and delete old events, so that they can properly update?
I know this isn’t an automated solution, but it should help to automate things going forward.
Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Randy,
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.
Unfortunately, I could reproduce the same issue on my end. I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Shay,
I apologize if there is a misunderstanding, however I am seeing a map in the footer on all three pages that you linked to in your first response:

Please let me know what I am missing so that I can assist you further!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Alex,
When you manually changed the total_sales custom field, did it alter the percentage?
As you mentioned there have been attendees deleted. I was wondering if the percentage bug happens after ticket sales have reached 100% it then cannot rectify itself if attendees are deleted?
I tested this functionality and once my test event reached capacity, I deleted an attendee, and the percentage changed as expected for me. So it seems that this is not a bug in our system.
Also there was one attendee that was moved from this event, but it didn’t make an effect on the ticket sales, just the number of attendees completed. So at the time total sales was 22, and stayed at 22 after an attendee was moved to another event, but complete attendees did drop down to 21, but on the event it was moved to did increment up one.
This is something that you have to do manually. This is in place because it allows our users to make decisions of how to handle stock on their own.
Also, another quick question, under the Order tab it has on the right “Total Sales” and at the time of writing £360. But one ticket was free, so the money taken was £345 that is reflected in completed sales underneath, and the discounts is shown at the bottom of -£15. My client just thought this was a bit unintuitive since you would think “total sales” would include the discount?
I can understand how this can be confusing, since the total sales excludes the discounts, however this is expected behavior.

KeymasterHi Lucy,
I was able to replicate this issue using a default WordPress theme, with no other plugins installed, so I would conclude that this is not related to a theme or plugin.
However, you are welcome to go down to a bare install and see if the issue is still present there as well.
I apologize for the inconvenience associated with this issue, and I can totally understand how you feel.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Adam,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately there isn’t an easy way to accomplish that out of the box. You can create a category view however, which may help you to achieve the results that you’re looking for.
You can read more about that here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-categories/
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ellie,
Are all of these events listed publicly?
Can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
Also, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Shay,
As I previously mentioned, I am seeing errors on your site that say that the Google Maps API has been added multiple times on your site. Can you try removing the API from everywhere except one place? (ie in your theme and in our plugin)
In addition, where are you expecting to see the maps appear? Perhaps you can roll back to the previous version from your Downloads page and take some screenshots of where those maps appear, so that I can get a better sense of what is missing.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Alex,
Thanks for providing me with all of that information. Unfortunately I cannot replicate the scenario that you are seeing on your site.
Have attendees been moved/deleted/cancelled? If so, you may want to go over the process outlined here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
In addition, one thing you can do is to alter the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product page that is associated with the ticket that you are trying to edit. You can change that number to reflect the actual number of attendees that you have, which will then change what you see in your Attendees tab.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime
