KeymasterHi Josip,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, with Event Tickets Plus, users cannot create tickets on the front end. That functionality is achievable with our Community Tickets plugin however.
If you go to Add Plugin in your WordPress Dashboard, you can search for WooCommerce and it will be the first one there. Once installed and activated, it should work with Event Tickets Plus.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Sue,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
The Events Calendar PRO and Community Events are currently only usable on WordPress sites. It is possible for you to make a custom integration work on your end, but unfortunately I am not familiar with the other calendars that you have mentioned.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kostas,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
Can I have 3 links that end up in pages that show results of events that will happen the next 3 days (each page for each day or one with different parameter the date)? Or maybe a tab with 3 next days or one week ahead?
With Events Calendar PRO, there are a variety of views that can be enabled for your users to see upcoming events. They can use Day View to see the events for the current day, or future days. There is also a Week View so that they can view the events for any given week.
Can the visitors of the site see all the events that happen today (or tomorrow) nearby them in a map together with list view? let’s say in a radius of 1, 2 or 5 km?
Yes, this can be achieved using Map View. Using the Tribe Bar, users can search by location as well, and see nearby events.
Can the visitor be notified 1 day or x hours before the event he chooses to get notifications?
Our plugin alone does not have notification integrated into it, however you can achieve this type of functionality with the help of a third-party plugin, like Better Notifications.
Let’s say a movie in a cinema is happening in more than one areas of the city. Can this be supported as one event with different locations and times (since it will happen in different hours)?
Yes, you can set this up as a recurring event with Events Calendar PRO and edit the venue and time for each event.
Can I enter data in events in two or more languages or can events in one language automatically be translated in another?
We currently support WPML for multilanguage sites.
I highly recommend reading and using the following guides:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/
Will someone be able to like or bookmark an event in real time? Any possibility for lists with most viewed or liked or bookmarked?
We do not have this functionality available out of the box, but you may be able to achieve something similar with the help of a third-party plugin.
Can this plugin be integrated with Paid Membership Pro?
Yes, this plugin can integrate with Paid Membership PRO. Although I cannot guarantee compatibility, we have not had any users report issues with this plugin.
We also have a great refund policy, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Feel free to check out our demo site here.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO, you can create an events calendar for your users to view. With the addition of Event Tickets Plus, you can add tickets for those events that users can purchase through WooCommerce.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Jan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your site!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Shayne,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can change the string of any text using the following tutorial. Keep in mind that you need to change the text exactly in order for it to work:

Let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Andrei,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue on your site!
As a first troubleshooting step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
If that does not resolve your issue, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.

KeymasterHi Eric,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry that you purchased Event Aggregator twice! There should be no conflict between the two licenses. I’m assuming that you have the bundled license plugged into your account on your site? You can check this by going to Events Settings < Licenses.
Whenever you’re ready, you can fill out a refund request form and we can process your refund. Let me know if you have any other questions before processing!
Thanks,
Jaime
January 30, 2018 at 6:11 am in reply to: upcoming events widget not displaying events beyond current month #1439621Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Larry,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
By default, you can only show a maximum of 10 upcoming events in the Upcoming Events List widget.
However we do have a tutorial with a snippet on how to show more than ten events, which should help you to show events in following months as well:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/show-more-than-ten-events-in-advanced-list-widget/
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

January 30, 2018 at 5:54 am in reply to: Events cannot be imported because we received an error from Facebook: #1439607Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Thomas,
Most of our staff is currently away on our Team Trip, but when they return next week I will reach out and have my colleagues take a look at this issue.
In the meantime, I’m wondering if there is a way for you to contact Facebook and find out what the error is that they are referring to in the message when trying to import.
Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Stuart,
Unfortunately I’m not quite sure how I can assist you without seeing the issue. All I can say is that if there is an issue with your recurring events upon the next update, I’d recommend starting off by running through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
You can also enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG before updating and share any debug messages you see.
Let me know if there’s anything other questions that I can answer for you!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brian,
I’m sorry that you are still experiencing this issue. There are no known bugs related to this issue currently and I cannot replicate the issue on my own test site.
It would be very helpful if you could run through our testing for conflicts to see if there is something else on your site that may be affecting our plugin on your site. It is possible that the current version of our plugin is conflicting with something else on your site and this will help to shed some light on that situation.
Let me know if you have any questions about this procedure and let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
January 30, 2018 at 5:25 am in reply to: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'max_lat' of null #1439595Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Daniel,
I’m sorry to hear that the most recent update did not resolve your issue. You had previously mentioned that our plugin conflicts with Advanced Custom Fields on your site. If you turn off ACF, do you see the errors resolved?
In any case, let’s try running through our testing for conflicts procedure again and troubleshoot from there.
Thanks for your patience in this process. Let me know how it goes and if any other questions come up along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime
