Change "Out of Stock" to "Sold Out"

Is there a way to change the “Out of Stock” message when people click on “Buy Now”? We often use the tickets to sell registration for classes (as well as ‘regular’ tickets for events) and “out of stock” does not make much sense in the case of class registration. Also, can I change the button text “Buy Now” to “Purchase/Register Now”… for the same reasons.

You can change the string of any text using the following tutorial.  Keep in mind that you need to change the text exactly in order for it to work:
