KeymasterHi Derek,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Try adding the snippet provided in the following forum post to add the ticket name to your export:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/adding-ticket-name-to-attendee-export/
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Colin,
Thanks for reaching out again here!
Unfortunately, there is no setting to change the event order by Published Date by default. However, there are many plugins that enable you to do a custom order of post (events in this case) like Simple Custom Post Order. Although one caveat of this is that it may affect the order of things in other areas of your site.
You can however have events displayed by Published Date if you include them in the main blog loop and use the following extension:

Let me know if this helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Richard,
I have no personal experience with these visitor plugins, but a quick google search brought up this post:

KeymasterHi Lyndon,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately this feature isn’t available out of the box. You may be able to make something like this work with some customization. Our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
You can also vote on these ideas in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

KeymasterHi Nick,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
By default, the events that are in view will be exported. So for example, if you are looking at Month View, all of the events within that month will be exported.
You can alter this configuration, but it would require some additional customizations.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Susan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Are these extra tickets decreasing the stock further or is the stock remaining as it should? For example, for the customer who purchased 2 tickets, but received 4 tickets, what does the stock indicate?
Has this only happened with one customer?
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Hannu,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
One thing you can do is to add an additional field by going to Events Settings < Additional Fields, which will automatically show up on your Community Events submission form.
Let me know if this helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Johannes,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I tried to recreate the scenario that you are describing and everything worked as expected for me. So let’s try to keep troubleshooting here.
As a first step, let’s try to see if there is a conflict at play. If you haven’t done so already, can you run through our testing for conflicts procedure and let me know what you find?
Also, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Colin,
I wish I had better news for you, but it does seem that this is related to a current bug that we have logged in our system. We are actively working on this bug and it is high priority.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Tommy,
Sorry that my suggestions weren’t what you were looking for.
You can try to edit the following snippet, which is designed to remove end times for events:

Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Marianne,
I’m not quite sure what you are referring to. It sounds like this is related to the Community Events submission form. Is this when viewing events, or submitting events?
Perhaps a screenshot of the page you are referring to would provide some clarity.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Colin,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Is this occurring with scheduled imports or one-time imports? Do you see these duplicates in the import preview, or only on your calendar?
So far, I have not been able to replicate the issue with this Facebook page, but if you can provide a bit of additional information, perhaps I will be able to see what you are seeing.
It looks like this is a recurring event that is set up on that Facebook page, is that correct? If so, we are experiencing a bug with recurring events on Facebook, which may be why you are seeing some issues.
Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks,
Jaime
