Ticket names not in spreadsheet export

We have an multiple events with multiple tickets per event. When I go to download the attendee info the ticket number will export but not the ticket name. It shows up in the web page view of the attendees but not the export.

I would attach the file but it has a lot of customer data. But I did a screen shot I can share.

Also be aware we have a block on our site for all IPs from outside of the US.
