Move ticket does not sync with WooCommerce

    Hi! I have been following your guide regarding moving tickets with Event Tickets plus and WooCommerce: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-tickets/

    If I move a ticket to a new event and then mark the order in WooCommerce as Complete I still get an attendee count on the old event. But that event does not have any attendees because I move the ticket to a another event.

    It seems like a bug to me.

    I’ve tried to change the sold ticket on the WooCommerce order to the new one but that does not make any difference.

    I’ve tried in production and locally on my development machine with only WooCommerce, The Events Calender, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus installed.

    I moved the ticket from Starta E-handel med WooCommerce 2018-06-06 to Starta E-handel med WooCommerce 2018-06-07.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    I tried to recreate the scenario that you are describing and everything worked as expected for me. So let’s try to keep troubleshooting here.

    As a first step, let’s try to see if there is a conflict at play.  If you haven’t done so already, can you run through our testing for conflicts procedure and let me know what you find?

    Also, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.

    Hi! That’s weird. I have a tried both a fresh install and on a live project and I get the same result on both of them.

    Have you really tried to mark the order in WooCommerce as Complete efter you moved the ticket?

    If I move a ticket to a new event and then mark the order in WooCommerce as Complete I still get an attendee count on the old event.

    But I will run the test for conflicts and send the results to you.
