Recurring Events 404 Not Found

Hi TEC community and support team!

I’ve been using TEC for a few years now and it seems that from a recent update of TEC or WordPress, the recurring events profiles no longer work on my setup. Help greatly appreciated!!

The original event will work on the front end, but any event created by the recurring profile (i.e. url ending in a date) simply renders a PAGE NOT FOUND (possibly 404 error).

Normally, a refreshing of the permalinks does the job, it was my first port-of-call when I noticed the 404s, nothing worked at all unfortunately.

If it helps, I have a debug running and can provide further information upon request. This site is one of a few on the multi-site that recurring events no longer work.

I can also confirm that no other plugins were active at time of testing, and default wordpress themes used too. Error still persists. The TEC plugins are up-to-date (I believe) as I have reinstalled them also.

Grateful for any support available as it is effecting quite a number of my sites.

Hi,

After a few days of testing etc. I finally realized that the latest TEC Pro plugin update had not installed correctly.

Manually uploading the new update did the trick.

Hope that helps anyone else who had the same issue.
