KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Tickets Plus, you can create custom ticket forms, which can act as custom registration forms, with additional fields.
Feel free to check out our demo site here.
And we have a great refund policy, so if things don’t work out for any reason, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Suzanne,
Thanks for reaching out again here!
It seems that your Find Events button is missing, which is why nothing seems to happen when you input a keyword. Changing the view reloads the page, so it inputs the keyword that way.
Have you hidden the location search? If so, perhaps you also hid the Find Events button by mistake.
If not, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jansen,
Thanks for the update, glad the workaround has been helpful so far!
The cart page is connected with WooCommerce, so that additional glitch that you are seeing is an issue on WooCommerce’s end.
You do have the option to bypass the Cart Page, if you wish, by editing your Cart Page in WooCommerce Settings.
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Suzanne,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m not quite sure I understand the issue that you are experiencing. Are you trying to merge duplicate events? If so, what method are you using to do this?
Were these events imported or added from the WordPress admin?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Nicole,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m not seeing any screenshot attached, would you mind re-attaching?
In addition, there are a number of mixed content error messages appearing in the console, so I would recommend installing and configuring a plugin, like this one, in order to resolve those errors.
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.

KeymasterHi Sharon,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
This post has some great tips on accomplishing that, and our functions and themer’s guide should be helpful here as well.
To edit the template for the ticket, you’ll want to edit this file: wp-content/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

KeymasterHi Danielle,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With WooCommerce and Event Tickets Plus, you can view tickets and products side by side if you wish.
By default, WooCommerce products do not show up on your calendar, however.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Stefhan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
Our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start. You can use the tooltip from the Month View as your guide, and then copy and edit the mini calendar widget template into your theme files.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Milla,
Thanks for reaching out!
Would you mind linking to your previous thread or restating your issue? I can’t look up your history within the Pre-Sales forum, so I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to.
Let me know how I can further assist you!
Thanks,
Jaime
