    Hi Sarah,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

You can create coupon codes within WooCommerce, which is an e-commerce solution that integrates with Event Tickets Plus.

You can give out coupon codes to your users, which they can enter at checkout.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Events Price Changing to Membership Price On It's Own #1473241

    Hi David,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.  Although it does seem to be conflict between our plugin and your memberships plugin, let’s just make sure there isn’t something else going on.

    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Also, what memberships plugin are you using?

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Marcelo,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

To start off, take a look at the following articles, which may be able to point you in the right direction with your translations:

    Hi Susan,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Can you provide me with a link where you are seeing this issue on your site?

Do you see the same issue if you switch to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?

You may also want to see if you can play with the stylesheets and page templates that you are using, to see if that makes a difference in the layout:

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

To start, you can block the possibility to buy a ticket after the start date by editing the ticket Start and End date in the Advanced dropdown of your ticket.

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: did not work with dem on the PRO version #1473168

I’m sorry to hear that things still aren’t working for you.

Are other shortcodes on your site working?

Can you confirm that you have gone through the testing for conflicts procedure?

Does the shortcode also not display when using a default WordPress theme, such as ‘Twentyseventeen’?

In addition, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Custom Layout for Organizer and others #1473166

    Hi Dobie,

You can use the Additional Fields feature which can be found in Events Settings < Additional Fields, and have these fields displayed on your Organizer page using the tutorial that I provided you with.

You can try an integration of ACF on your own, but I cannot provide further support on this as per our Support Policy.

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Order page showing wrong sold tickets #1473156

Thanks for all of that information.

You can edit the total sales by going to the WooCommerce product page that is associated with your ticket.  From there, you can scroll down to Custom Fields.  If you don’t see Custom Fields on your WooCommerce product page, you can select Custom Fields from your Screen Options at the dropdown at the top of the page.

You can add in the Name total_sales with a value of 18 and click Update.

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: View Orders link broken #1473145

    Hi Greg,

I wish I had better news for you, but unfortunately this is also related to a known issue that we are currently working on.

The reason why this link does not work is because we do not generate an order report for EDD.  We are currently working on a solution for this issue so that it does in fact link to something useful.

I will mark this thread as Pending Fix for now, please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Erin,

You can change your end-of-day cutoff to 1am (or later) so that the event will still remain within one day.  Right now, the default is set for midnight, which may account for the confusion.

You can find this setting under Events Settings < General.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Dave,

Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.

Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
