    I didn’t see this on the Known Issues list but we have really limited visibility on mobile for our tickets. Help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    Can you provide me with a link where you are seeing this issue on your site?

    Do you see the same issue if you switch to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?

    You may also want to see if you can play with the stylesheets and page templates that you are using, to see if that makes a difference in the layout:

    Hi Jaime –

    Thanks for your response. You can see an example of where we’re experiencing this issue here.

    As our site is live and high-traffic we are not able to switch to a default theme at this time without experiencing many issues.

    I looked at the documentation you sent but when I go to Events > Settings > Display I don’t see any of the options listed in the documentation, it only asks about a date picker format.

    Any additional help is much appreciated.

    Hi Susan,

    Sorry, you are right.  These are options that come with The Events Calendar, which you are not currently using.

    In order to troubleshoot your site, you can also install the third-party plugin, Health Check, which can create a bare install on your site while your site visitors still see things as normal.
